测量时工程的眼睛。作为测量人员，我本着实事求是的态度，一切数据说话的原则，从事测量工作。到西成这个项目，是我人生的起点，也是我重要的一部分，在这我得到了至深的锻炼。

我总结了我这几个月以来学到的东西：

一、严谨科学，认真求证

在施工测量之前，认真审图，队途胜有无，有疑问的地方及时处理；在测量放样之前，反复查看数据，确保万无一失，队各种数据注意保存及时整理。测量放线后，要认真复核点位的坐标距离，做好三方交底。

二、不断进取，精益求精

各种新的施工材料和机械，应用到建设施工中，同时出现了许多工艺、工法。这意味的必须提高自己的业务水平，学会各种新的.测量仪器，去更好的工作。

三、那百家之长，补自家之短

不欣喜于以往的任何成果，时刻准备着解决各种难题，积极应对可能面临的挑战。测量人员本着实事求是的工作态度，尊重科学、事实。在项目领导的引领下，把工程测量这一关做好，完善内外业工作资料，落实各项任务，及时为前线测量放样，为提前竣工做自己的贡献。

测量工作的严密施工，靠工区领导的支持，靠测量人员在工作中每时每刻的谨慎，保证万无一失。为了又快又好的服务施工现场，为领导提高前期决策，充分的迎接各项检查工作。针对某一件事，我们做了很多次的反复工作，风里来，雨里去，当我们完成任务，扛着仪器归来，我们仍用微笑向其他同事展现我们的魅力。

我现任项目部测量队队长。在测量岗位上一直以发挥一名党员的模范带头作用来要求自己。在扎实做好测量基本业务的同时，积极研究测量工作的新仪器、新技术。比如在测量工作的多手段、多途径上有所建树。研究出了自己的一套测量、放样新模式。自己的成长历程，得益于公司公开、平等、拓新的学术氛围和学术文化，自己也正在传承公司的这一优良传统，积极推广自己掌握的技术，带好徒弟、培养新人。

一、扎实做好基本测量工作

测量是工程的眼睛，构筑物的位置、尺寸、标高等参数都是由测量控制的，其重要性不言而喻。要想搞好测量工作，首先要知道从哪几个方面下手，个人总结，工程测量的基本工作包括以下几个基本方面：

1、控制点测量；

2、数据收集测量；

3、工程点位放样；

4、工序验收；

5、沉降位移观测；

6、测量资料报验。

7、测量仪器检校。其中“控制点测量”是所有测量之中的最重要环节，如果说测量是工程的眼睛，那么控制点就是测量的基准，所以对业主交付控制点和现场施工控制点必须按规范要求定期进行复核测量，保证其数据准确。以上7项基本测量工作容不得半点马虎，须扎实做好。

测量数据的错误轻则导致经济损失，重则导致工程质量事故，杜绝错误的发生是基本测量工作中的重点。测量工作分内业和外业，要杜绝错误首先要保证内业数据的准确性，其次要保证外业测量、放样过程的准确性。保证数据准确性的方法是多重检核，严格实行交底数据总工、主办技术员、测量班三重检核，可以大幅度减少错误的发生。外业测量错误的产生原因通常分为仪器原因和人为原因，杜绝仪器误差的方法是定期对仪器进行检校，杜绝人为错误的方法是首先是加强技能训练防止读数错误，其次是尽量减少人工参与，比如放样时可以直接把数据通过软件直接传输到仪器里面以杜绝了手动输入错误。经验表明，严格执行以上两个原则，可大幅度减少错误的发生。

二、我的几项测量技术

1、测量、成图及数据处理工作新模式：利用全站仪或GPS外业测取原始数据，利用数据传输软件传输到电脑上，利用CAD和CASS成图系统成图，并利用CASS计算土方量等。

2、放样工作新模式：从CAD中查取坐标，拷贝到EXCEL中利用它的mid和concatenate函数提取（X，Y）坐标，利用仪器传输软件上传到仪器里面，进行外业放样。

3、充分开发、使用仪器中的高科技程序，提高工作效率：全站仪中的`“参考线”程序配合小棱镜，应用在模板验收、基线控制点选址放样、位移观测中，可以突破传统的内业展点、量距、重新取点、放样的“4步走”程序，现场一步直接报告偏差，指导施工。

4、利用CASIO计算器编辑“直线参考线”和“弧参考线”程序、配合GPS使用，用于外业施工基线点选址、同一直线或弧线上的点位放样。减少反复的“取点、放样、测点、展点”之苦。

三、对测量的发展和前景的见解

对于测量技术的发展和前景方面，个人有以下见解：近年以来公司规模和产值飞快增长，但是测量技术发展相对滞后，主流技术仍然停留在先前水平，虽然有些工程根据需要引进了一些新设备、新技术，但这些设备和技术的使用还挺留在较低的层次，有待熟悉、研究、开发，这对测量技术人员的素质提出了更高的要求。总结起来归结为4个方面：

①引进，引进新设备、新技术。

②掌握并开发，全面掌握新设备的功能；在此基础上配合其他测量设备，开发系统性使用技术。

③推广，推广成熟的新设备使用方法、成熟的测量新技术，达到共同提高的目的。

④素质，重视测量人员素质，高素质测量人员才能使以上成为可能。

四、我的几项成绩

对自己的工作充满热情，认真负责，练就了一套过硬的测量本领。在20xx年的公司、局、集团比武中取得了可喜的成绩：

在20xx年6月“青岛工人技能比武”之测量技术比武的中交一航局二公司赛区中取得了第五名，并晋升为测量技师。在20xx年10月上旬举行的中交一航局测量工技术比武中取得了第二名，被评为“测量工技术能手”称号，并被选为优秀选手代表一航局参加中交集团测量工技能比武。在20xx年10月下旬中交集团举行的测量技术比武中，一航局代表队在13个局级参赛单位中夺得团体第一名，同时也获得个人第二名的成绩，并被评为“中交股份技术标兵”称号，晋升为测量高级技师。
