I was graduated from Qingdao university. my major is I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx. During university, I spent most of my time on study so that I have passed CET4/6 . and acquired basic knowledge of my major.(Education background)

In July 20xx, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in use I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job. I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

各位領導下午好，我叫，廣西河池人，今年26歲，20xx年畢業於xx大學土木建築工程學院建築工程專業，全日制本科學歷，學士學位。畢業後一直在工作至今，已經有3年工齡，先後經歷了兩個專案。

第一個專案是一個7棟18層10萬平米的商品房住宅樓小區，我的職位是現場責任工程師，通俗的說就是棟號長或工長，負責兩棟地下2層、地上18層的住宅樓，職責是安全、質量、進度、成本的控制，資料的整理，合同的執行，施工隊組的組織與協調，合同外的工作簽證辦理，往來函件的收發，對已完成工作進行計量，這個專案在20xx年底順利的通過竣工驗收，目前小業主已經入住。

第二個是一個6棟23層12萬平米的保障房住宅樓小區，我的職位是工程技術部經理，主管工程技術工作，包括：圖紙會審、施工組織設計編制、施工方案編制、進度計劃編制、鋼筋翻樣工作、工程資料的收集整理、參與工程質量的驗收、對接勘察和設計提出設計變更、負責對現場施工圖紙的答疑、提出科技創效方案(科技創效方式主要有：四新技術、設計缺陷和施工合同清單缺陷、投標的不平衡報價、地方標準要求等)、對現場施工人員的技術交底、處理現場突發事件，編制處理方案並及時走籤落實、曾負責公司3個大型專案技術標書的製作、代表南寧分公司參與總部“金點子”釋出會，其中“新型型鋼懸挑腳手架錨韌體”獲得優秀獎，並在公司推廣。

兩個專案幹下來以後，我對一個工程專案從土方開挖開始，直至竣工驗收及交房後維修的工作都有了比較深刻的瞭解。同時在工作之餘我還撰寫論文，編寫工法，目前已經有一篇論文在國家級刊物上發表，一篇省部級工法正在評審中。工作中我比較務實、我最不喜歡的字眼就是“應該、可能、大概、差不多”因為這幾個詞語對工程人來說是沒有實際意義的，說了和沒說差不多。工作中我積極進取，主動承擔專案出科技成果的重任，發表論文和工法，發掘“金點子”。

我還具有較強的學習能力和接受新鮮事物的能力，去年6月份考取了二級建造師，參加工作後我自學了一些軟體，例如，常用的cad、word、excel、ppt、project、visio、ps、夢龍網路計劃、圖文轉換軟體、視訊處理軟體、戶型圖繪製軟體。我的工作態度認真、責任心強、並有很強的團隊合作精神與合作能力、注重工作效率、性格開朗、做事果斷有主見、時間觀念強，且具備良好的表達能力，富有開拓意識，注意細節，有很好的心理承受能力。

此外還主動參加公司組織的文體活動，20xx年代表南寧分公司到總部參加職工運動會，並取得了100m第四名和跳遠第四名的好成績。分公司每年的團拜會都出節目，表演過獨唱和集體舞。現在我還兼職了專案部的團支部書記。我的介紹完畢，謝謝!
