尊敬的各位家長：

下午好!

非常感謝你們能夠從百忙之中我們的家長會。謝謝各位的參加!今天，為了這些可愛的孩子，我們相聚在這裡，相信我們真誠的付出，定有來日孩子真心的回報。作為英語老師，我也盼望著與您攜手，與您交流，共同探討孩子成才的問題。英語學習非常重要。現在的英語成績不僅直接影響孩子的期末考試與升學，，還影響著孩子將來的英語學習!

通過教學，我發現絕大部分孩子對英語很不重視。(包括與個別家長的交流中，發現很多家長也未重視)相當一部分的孩子英語基礎打得很不牢，個別的孩子甚至拼讀，書寫，背誦等學習英語的好習慣還沒有很好的養成，需要從頭開始。但是，孩子們上課時的專注同時也讓我感到欣喜。認真的孩子一定能把英語學好!

一、首先這裡重點說說孩子學習英語普遍遇到的困難。

1，缺乏足夠的語言環境:課時少(每週2節，本期開始五，六年級每週有三節)，平常接觸少，運用少;

2，教材難度大，內容多，要求也上了幾個臺階，學生越掌握不好，越對英語學習失去興趣與信心。

3，英語是一種語言的學習，必須堅持不懈，循序漸進，一旦底子沒有打好或因轉學等原因以前沒有學過，教材不同等，學生就會對英語失去信心，差距也就越來越大。

4，學生缺乏學習的自覺性。許多的學生不自覺的完成作業，而我們英語老師任教的班太多， ，工作量大，而學生兩級分化明顯，對於眾多底子薄弱的並缺乏學習自覺性的學生，無論從時間上還是精力上說，我都感覺力不從心。

所以，英語相對於語文，數學要難得多。這也就是有些學生語數都好惟獨英語不好的原因。 但我堅信:如果您的孩子在您的支援配合和老師的指導下能夠認真地上好每堂課，並及時完成我佈置的任務，那麼一定能很大的進步。要教導您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅持嚴謹的學習作風，成績馬上就會見效。

二、我的要求是:

1，我要求學生每天認真聽讀磁帶半小時，要看書讀，邊聽，邊看，邊指，邊讀，不僅要能聽懂會說，而且一定要能認讀。並要求熟讀課文和背誦課文。請家長監督並簽字。每天進行檢查。但目前為止，仍有部分學生沒有聽讀簽字或少。，請家長督促，一定要堅持完成。

2，除聽讀作業，還有佈置書寫的家庭作業，每節課都會佈置，作業的內容就是本模組的學習重點和難點，也就是要求學生掌握的內容。每週進行檢查。但總有人不做作業，我常為追作業而傷腦筋，今天追了明天又沒有，所以這也請家長督促孩子，每週有幾節英語課，就應該有幾次書寫作業。

3，每上完兩個模組，會在課堂上做練習，並就本模組的重點內容進行一個小測驗，家長可隨時瞭解其學習的情況。

4，本期進入六年級，現在開始，對國小階段的詞彙進行總體的複習。每人準備一個聽寫本，我將每週佈置20個單詞，要求學生自己抄寫與記憶，請家長在家要求孩子聽寫或默寫，並在聽寫本上簽字。我將在課堂上再進行聽寫並檢查。

5，如果可能，請家長儘量送孩子去參加英語課外學習班，以彌補學校英語課時嚴重不足，學生接觸時間太少對孩子學習的影響。

6，儘量為孩子多創造學習英語的機會，多看有關英語的少兒節目，動畫片，課外書籍等。 7，以前底子沒打好，或因轉學等原因以前沒有學過，教材不同等的學生，家長必須想辦法給他們補起來。請家庭教師，報學習班都行，千萬不能讓他們掉隊。事實上，一對一的補習是非常有效的，同時也能快速的提高學生的學習興趣與自信心。

本冊的教學重點是在增加詞彙量的基礎上對以前已經學習過的語句結構，技能等進行不斷的鞏固複習，並且重點進行小作文的學習與寫作。

另外講一講英語的具體教學要求:要求能聽懂會說並認讀每課的重點句子及重點單詞。每次課後佈置的抄寫作業就是每課的重點句子及重點單詞。要求能正確的書寫，能聽懂會說重點內容，能認讀理解課文內容，並能默寫部分簡單常用的單詞與句型。請家長對照要求孩子。

學好英語最難也是最重要的就是多聽，多讀和多寫，這個習慣很難在短時間內培養好，請一定要有耐心，任何時候相信您的孩子是最棒的，並一定能學好英語，請多多鼓勵您的孩子!您對孩子成長的關注，您對孩子未來發展的重視，正是我所要全力以赴達到工作目標。我執教四個班，面面俱到是不可能的，但我一定會盡全力幫助每一個孩子，如有不盡人意的地方請你告訴我並諒解我。
