大家好!我演講的題目是《夢想在綻放》

夢想象徵著光明、希望和威力。從普羅米修斯盜聖火拯救人類，到阿拉丁神燈實現人的願望，再到寶蓮燈賦予人以力量，這些神話充分說明了夢想這盞明燈時時指引著人類前進的腳步。正因為心懷夢想，我們的先輩才歷盡坎坷艱難卻不停止前行的腳步;正因為心懷夢想，我們的祖國才歷盡滄桑卻依然信心不改。

當鴉片戰爭擊破“天朝上國”的迷夢時;當日本侵略者揚言三個月滅亡中國時;當南京大屠殺無數生命被無情踐踏時，無數的仁人志士心中就懷著一個夢想，一個民族復興的夢想。中國夢的種子就已悄然種在祖國母親這塊傷痕累累、貧瘠荒蕪的土地上。

170多年來，無數中華兒女就執著於這個夢，為民族復興而上下求索。孫中山領導中華人民推翻了統治中國20xx多年的封建制度;八年抗日戰爭中無數先烈用鮮血染紅了五星紅旗。一路艱辛終於換來了歌聲飄揚，當無與倫比的奧運會在北京完美落幕時;當天宮一號、嫦娥一號在太空自由翱翔時;當我們的航母已經下水起航時，幾代人為中華復興而奮鬥，把自己熔鑄於中國百餘年滄桑的歷史圖景中，令人感慨，催人奮進。

20xx年姚明在退役釋出會上感言：“感謝這個偉大進步的時代，使我有機會去實現自己的夢想和價值。”當然，我們每個人未必都像姚明那樣盡情綻放了自己的夢想，但也都或多或少的實現著自己的夢想。儘管我們的夢想實現的未必盡如人意，有的還在抱怨，學習不夠好，工作不夠順利，家庭不夠富裕。但與自己的過去相比，夢想的旅程都早已離開原點，夢想的花朵已然開始綻放。也許，執著於自己的夢想久了，我們可能忘了夢想成長的土壤。也許，有的人會說，自己夢想的實現得益於自己的奮鬥，這個時代、我們的國家並沒有為我們做什麼。然而，百餘年前的中國人不敢有夢，百餘年後的我們都有自己的夢，期間的差別就在於“中國夢”正在一步步實現。

it is wrong, i suggest, it is a misreading of the constitution for any member here to assert that for a member to vote for an article of impeachment means that that member must be convinced that the president should be removed from office. the constitution doesn't say that. the powers relating to impeachment are an essential check in the hands of the body of the legislature against and upon the encroachments of the executive. the division between the two branches of the legislature, the house and the senate, assigning to the one the right to accuse and to the other the right to judge, the framers of this constitution were very astute. they did not make the accusers and the judgers -- and the judges the same person.

we know the nature of impeachment. we've been talking about it awhile now. it is chiefly designed for the president and his high ministers to somehow be called into account. it is designed to "bridle" the executive if he engages in excesses. "it is designed as a method of national inquest into the conduct of public men."² the framers confided in the congress the power if need be, to remove the president in order to strike a delicate balance between a president swollen with power and grown tyrannical, and preservation of the independence of the executive.

the nature of impeachment: a narrowly channeled exception to the separation-of-powers maxim. the federal convention of 1787 said that. it limited impeachment to high crimes and misdemeanors and discounted and opposed the term "maladministration." "it is to be used only for great misdemeanors," so it was said in the north carolina ratification convention. and in the virginia ratification convention: "we do not trust our liberty to a particular branch. we need one branch to check the other."

"no one need be afraid" -- the north carolina ratification convention -- "no one need be afraid that officers who commit oppression will pass with immunity." "prosecutions of impeachments will seldom fail to agitate the passions of the whole community," said hamilton in the federalist papers, number 65. "we divide into parties more or less friendly or inimical to the accused."³ i do not mean political parties in that sense.

大家好!今天我演講的題目是：月圓人團圓——中秋情思 。

在這金秋送爽的九月，我們又將迎來一年一度的中秋佳節，又將欣賞到皓月當空的美景。當我們仰望蒼穹時，腦海中定會浮現起那優美的詩句：“人有悲歡離合，月有陰晴圓缺，此事古難全”是啊，人生有諸多事情難以兩全，多少在外求學和工作的人們，為了自己的理想，此時不能回到親人身邊。詩人王維曾說過，“每逢佳節倍思親”，我想在座的各位一定也是如此吧。但是我們卻有了一個溫馨美好的大家庭——四中隊。因為有了這樣的依託，中秋的夜晚似乎格外美好：星光燦爛，群星會聚，把整個藍天襯托得更加的清爽，更加的明亮。

中秋如期而至，月上中天時，最難忘懷的還是那幾句：“海上生明月，天涯共此時“;“露從今夜白，月是故鄉明“;“江畔何人初見月，江月何年初照人“;“但願人長久，千共嬋裡娟”。正是因為有了這樣剪不斷、理還亂的情結，中秋時，每當看到一輪圓月掛上了天空，不由的就會想到遠方的親人，不由得想到自己“獨在異鄉為異客“而變得感傷。原以為家鄉親友的問候最是暖人心懷，遙在他鄉的你也該連線父母，道聲平安，一訴鄉思。而此時此刻我卻感受到老師同學的一句關懷，一聲問候最是暖人心扉的，所以我們在這樣的一個大家庭中生活便是賞心樂事啊。良辰美景，賞心樂事四美齊聚，天底下還有比這更讓人暢懷的嗎?

而此刻不只是思鄉的時刻，團聚的時刻：更是收穫的時刻，分享的時刻。秋，沒有春的清新絢麗，沒有下的熱情高奔放，亦沒有冬的晶瑩潔白，它有的只是沉靜內斂，穩妥踏實。希望我們都能在春天播下夢想的種子，在夏天灌溉夢想的花朵，到秋天收穫夢想的果實。春因繁花而美麗，秋因收穫而充實，我們也要在人生最美好的時光裡播種、耕耘、收穫。
