可是，後期驗收時，由於苗木規格、種類繁多給我們的驗收工作帶來了很大的麻煩，最終，我經過與技術部通力合作，把所有苗木的種類、數量、規格全部核查到位。最終順利的完成了領導交付的此項工作。

3、________工程

9月初，接領導指示。要建設c組團樣板房。它是10年在全國房地產低迷情景下，公司領導英明決定_____c組團開工，組建____加這種新户型的一個縮影。它的好壞直接影響立體疊加開盤後的銷售業績，同時也是公司今年即b組團銷售情景不樂觀後的一項新舉措，它的成敗直接影響到公司今年的成敗。

在接到領導指示後，我快速的投入到實際工作當中去，為了到達預期效果，我2天內3次定位放線，最終滿足了領導的預期效果。在施工過程中，我不懼辛苦，任勞任怨，努力做到了上班在現場，下班後由於工程需要多次加班加點工作。後期由於裝飾公司的介入，這就需要良好的協調本事與組織本事。努力處理好雙方在施工過程中所發生的摩擦和矛盾。最終順利的在開盤前完成了樣板房工程。為公司開盤後可觀的銷售情景及扭虧為營做出了應有的貢獻。

在________順利開盤後，我又與技術部合作。參與了樣板房後期的決算事宜。

一年來的工作心得

1、堅持良好的心態與進取進去的工作態度。我作為____一分子，自覺遵守公司的各項規章制度，服從上級領導的工作安排;以對公司絕對忠誠的態度投入到各項工作中去，把公司的事情當作自我家裏的事情去做，在解決現場施工管理、協調等工作上，依據現場實際情景進取主動的思考，自我研究應當完成的各項工作，而不是等領導來安排。以主人翁的心態投入到各項工作中去，維護公司的形象和利益不受損害。

本人__於__月份從一名實習生正式成為__公司的一員，在___項目部_#樓從事施工員一職，從學校到工程施工單位，雖然我的工作崗位和主角發生了很大變化，並且對工程上的各種技術都是很生疏，但在領導的關心和同事的幫忙下，憑着自我的專業基礎和在同事的細心講解指導下有了必須的瞭解和認識，加上刻苦鑽研和學習，很快適應了工作環境，並取得了必須的成績，注重自我的思想建設，不斷提高自我的政治素質，在工作中言行一致，作風端正，實事求是，工作作風嚴謹一絲不苟，精益求精，勤奮務實。堅持健康心態，進取進取，樂觀向上，對建築事業和公司前途充滿信心。

情景簡要評價如下：

一、工作態度

無論在工作還是生活教師個人評價，只要在工作中你努力了就有一份收穫，所以我一向在努力，不斷技術員工評價學習，不斷努力工作。熱愛自我本職員工評價能夠正確認真對待每一項工作，工作投入，按時出勤，有效利用工作時間，堅守崗位。工期緊，人員少，任務繁多，能夠做到跟班作業，保證按時完成檢驗任務，保證工程檢驗暢通，表現出我們施工人員職責心強，發揚了我們施工人員連續工作、吃苦耐勞的精神。

認真學習各種規範文件。及時掌握新技術、新知識、新規範，以便在工作中加以應用，堅持根據工作需要學習，將學來的技術知識及時的應用到實際工作中，使自我的業務水平提高，具備較強的專業工作本事，能根據工作需要，服從領導安排，從事多個崗位的技術工作。

二、具體工作

主要負責12#樓的砌體和粉刷。

(一)牆體砌築質量要求：磚縫必須橫平、豎直、錯縫搭接、避免通縫、同時磚縫砂漿必須飽滿，薄厚均勻。

牆體施工應注意的事項：

1、在與剪力牆接觸處，應用預留的拉結筋與砌築的牆體搭接，使用拉結筋的目的在於提高牆體的整體性。

2、對牆體的細部構造，在設門窗過樑時，當上部荷載過大時須加設鋼筋的應設鋼筋，以提高承載本事。

內牆抹灰：一般的施工工序，基層處理—做燴餅、衝筋—抹底層灰——抹中層灰—罩麪灰。

(二)材料選用：

1、水泥選用32.5#普通硅酸鹽水泥。

2、砂選用中砂，過5mm孔徑的篩子，期內不得包含樹根等有機物質。

3、網片

(三)牆體的抹灰由底層、中層和飾面層組成：

1、抹底層砂漿：先抹薄薄一層底子灰，之後分層裝檔、找平，再用大槓水平刮找一下，再用木抹子搓毛，然後全面檢查底子灰是否平整，陰陽角是否方正，陰角交接處、牆與頂板交接處是否光滑平整，並有靠尺檢查牆面垂直平整情景。抹灰面接茬應順平，地面砂灰應及時清理乾淨。一般應從上而下進行。

2、在摸中層灰時等底層灰7~8成干時摸中層灰。操作時應按自上而下，從左到右的順序進行。

3、抹面層灰應等中層7~8成干時抹罩麪灰，先在中層灰上灑水，然後將面層砂漿分佈均勻的塗抹上去，一般應按自上而下，從左到右的順序進行，抹滿後應用鐵抹子壓實壓光。

4、抹陰陽角時應用陰陽角方尺檢測陰陽角的直角度，並檢查陰陽角的垂直度，然後定抹灰厚度，澆水濕潤。用木質陰角器和陽角器分別進行陰陽角處抹灰，先抹底層灰，使其基本到達直角，在抹中層灰，使陰陽角方正。

(四)作為管理人員，對工程應有整體把握以及必須的預見性，天大的問題也是能夠解決的，不必驚慌失措，而應尋找妥善解決的辦法。

(五)需研究工人勞動強度、經濟利益等因素，懂得管理的藝術，但不得由此而影響工期。儘量減少返工處理的事項，要嚴格按國家規範、設計圖紙施工，在工作中努力學習，不斷評價經驗，吸取教訓，大膽進行技術改革和創新，努力將自我的專業技術水平提高到一個新的台階。

二、努力的方向

研究到在建築施工單位個人的工作範圍有限，所以更需要給自身充電，積累更多的技術經驗，爭取到達工作年限要求時，順利經過全國建造師資格考試，充分利用經過全國建造師資格考試的優勢及以往的工作經驗，進取主動接觸各種相關業務，提高自身的實際操作本事，為公司的品牌建設作出自我應有的貢獻。

四、主要完成工作情景及業績簡述：

1、在_____工程項目中擔任資料員及技術助理，工程於20PC年12月10日開工__年_月_日竣工，總工期_天，工程造價___萬，總面積約3500㎡。此工程系市政加少量土建工程，因以前做過少量市政工程，所以本工程對我來説還算容易上手。綠化工程是一個對時間季節性比較挑剔的項目，從本工程開工時間上來説對本工程的影響不大，相對來説還是有利的。雖然冬期栽種的花草樹木不易走根，可是相對夏天來説不會很容易乾枯，只要把保温措施做好了成活率是相當高的。在施工過程中我不斷查閲相關專業資料，對我們栽種的各種花草樹木的成長要求進行了解，把保護措施做到最好，使成活率得到保證。在施工期間本人進取協調各單位之間的配合，在全項目部全體成員的密切配合下在施工期間未發生一齊安全質量事故，在規定的工期內嚴格按照業主及施工圖紙要求使工程順利實現竣工驗收。在此工程中又讓我學習到了綠化方面更加專業的知識，使自我的專業技術水平有了提高的提高。
