Last year, the Hong Kong Government convicted a person of infringing copyright successfully, who uploaded copyrighted movies to his server and allowed other users to download them. For this incident, I am highly disappointed of the Internet user because they infringed the effort that the copyright owner paid. It is morally wrong to upload or download the piracy music and videos illegally. In addition, this phenomenon means the Hong Kong's intellectual property is being exploited. If this phenomenon continues, it is believed that Hong Kong will not have good music or video anymore.

According to a research from some Universities in Hong Kong, it was found that the different age groups had different reasons of the download or upload the piracy music or videos. The research is divided into two age groups to carry out, a group of teenagers and a group of adults. The research found the reason of most teenagers download or upload the piracy music and videos is that they lack of money and resources. On account of their process of studying, they undoubtedly lack of money and resources to purchase the expensive original CDs or movies. Therefore, the only way they can enjoy the music or videos is to download them from the internet. And for the adults group, the reason is convenient. Nowadays, downloading materials from the internet is very convenient. In addition to the huge resources from the internet, the download time is just for a moment. Therefore, these advantages attracted them to download the piracy music or videos from the internet. They would not go to the store for the original CDs or movies.

In this changing society, many citizens are being turned into criminals simply because of the illegal uploading or downloading. As a consequence, the regulations need to be tightening up. And the Government needs to strengthen the law enforcement to crack down on this kind of Internet crimes. For example, formulate new laws to limit the illegal uploading or downloading behavior. Also, the education is significant. No matter how strict the regulation is, if the students are lack of this kind of knowledge, it will surely become a vicious cycle. The criminals will continuously appear in the coming future.

To summaries, if the Government still doesn’t face to this problem, the intellectual property will be disappeared in Hong Kong. All creativity companies will be closed or moved to other countries because of the illegal downloading or uploading. 一、首先,跟大家彙報一下班級學生現狀

1. 班級學生現狀

我們班總共 名學生，上週我校進行了半期考試。我把半期英語考試的情況簡單向各位家長作個彙報。平均分 分，優生 人，優生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進步較大的學生有 。 通過高中半期的學習，大多數學生都具有良好的英語學習習慣。學習積極性較高，能夠自覺完成老師布臵的作業，深知英語學科在整個高中課程的重要性。

2.存在問題:

1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學比較多，導致早上精神狀態不好。

2)部分學生的學習方式仍然停留在國中甚至國小階段，從不自覺主動地去學習(從他們對作業的認識和處理方式上就可以看出來)

3)部分學生抄襲作業，少數學生作業拖拉甚至不交作業

二、其次，想跟大家交流四個問題

1.首先和大家交流一個問題：孩子上了高中以後，總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在國小能考到八九十分，國中也能考到七八十分，為什麼到了高中，成績不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?

這個問題的答案首先與各個學習階段的特點有關：國小階段以賞識教育為主，要在很小的時候培養學生的自信心，試卷內容大多與課本有關，因此考試分數自然會很高。國中則是以普及教育為主，考試會照顧到大部分學生，因此分數也較高。但是，高中教育，特別是在以大學聯考為最終目標的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會有很大的提升，得分率自然就會下降，孩子們的考試分數自然會低一些。所以拿國中甚至國小的分數來衡量孩子們高中的學習，是不科學的。

其次，與學生自身的學習方式和學習習慣有關：高中階段學習科目多而且難，要求學生必須學會自主學習(自覺主動地去學習)，即變“要我學”為“我要學”，再也不能像國中甚至國小那樣靠老師和家長盯着學，那樣成績自然會下降。

2.第二個問題，為什麼同一個班級的孩子三年後成績差別那麼大?成績進步大的一定是那些學習習慣和個性好的孩子。孩子為什麼會這樣，其實因素很多，這不僅僅與學習基礎有關，最主要的是與孩子的心態、學習方式及學習習慣密切相關。學生的學習方式及習慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學生的成績。不要到高三時才感慨，現在我們不是不想學，而是在高一、高二時沒有養成良好的學習習慣，沒能改變自己的學習方式以適應高中的學習，現在只能是心有餘而力不足。因此，現在必須努力學習。

在此，我希望家長們要時時關注孩子的學習習慣和個性，也就是情商問題。大量的實例證明了一個人的成功主要取決於情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語學科舉足輕重，就必須愛英語，以十足的幹勁學好英語。

3.第二個問題，請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當孩子名次退步時，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹立信心，然後一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子。“望子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心願，但在高一更應注重孩子學習習慣的培養、學習方式的轉變，讓孩子快樂的成長進步，嚴格遵循教育教學規律。

4.有些孩子還沒有適應高中的學習，還不知道高中階段怎麼學，希望家長們高度關注。高中學習科目多而難，時間緊，主要靠學生自主和自覺地學習，老師主要是引導和輔導、檢查和督促，而不像國中那樣盯着你學習。説明學生在學習目的、學習興趣上還需培養。

訂正的習慣，督促學生建立錯題集，當堂發現的問題，當堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問題解決在發現之處，從而保證知識點的連接，為建立學科知識體系做保障。這些習慣，會讓學生真正的樂學、好學，在成功中追求快樂，在快樂中追求成功!

四、我想對在座的各位家長提出幾點温馨提示。

(1)幫助孩子確定適當目標

和孩子一起確定一個他能夠達到的目標——家長適度的期望值。

孩子是家長的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

期望值過高：孩子拼命按家長的意願生活、學習，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力後仍達不到家長的要求，雙方均失望，可能導致孩子自暴自棄;

期望值過低或沒有：家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有，孩子會缺少外在精神支持，認為不重視、無所謂。

適度的期望值：在原有基礎上適當拔高，不操之過急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

(2)幫助孩子增強自信心

(3)關注孩子成績的變化(即名次的升降)而不是絕對名次

(4)溝通---多傾聽孩子的訴説

(5)多和老師尤其是班主任聯繫，及時瞭解情況，積極配合班主任和老師做好孩子的思想工作

I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! To begin with,I want to ask a question everybody dream a good dream last night?Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want totalk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream—— about life.

Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different lifestage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reachin the sky,but like most mariners,we can chart our course by them. With thedream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer thedream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.

I have a dream: To be a doctor.，because doctor may relieve the pain ofpatients. May let the human change the health. At the same time, I believedthat, those who help others may be able to obtain joyfully. Therefore, I hopedin the near future ,I might be a doctor.

But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we failin the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, thedream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to moveahead .

Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing isimpossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If I can't realizemy dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find otherexcuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you canbecome the god and create the truth.

"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword isfamous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time inthe past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Eachachievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want tohave more achievements than others, you must work harder." In some extent, thedream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory willcome.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird thatcannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren fieldfrozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead ever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. Let's--- move----out!

週末回家孩子肯定會給你們説説班裏的情況，相信你們對我們班有所瞭解，現在我可以告訴大家，能在這個班學習是一種值得驕傲的事情，因為咱們班是一個值得所有老師，所有家長，所有學生都驕傲的班級。班級團結，學生們上進心很強，而且非常努力，班主任耿老師不僅教學經驗豐富，而且班級管理非常嚴格，任課老師都是咱們年級的優秀教師!

所以在這一學期中凡是有活動，考試等咱們班都是第一，大家可以看看我們後面黑板上的獎狀!這是最好的證明!用咱們學生的話總結就是“咱班第一 已經成為一種潮流”!所以我想對你們説，你們的孩子真的都很棒，即使他可能在某一學科有偏科現象，他也一直在努力，尤其在這樣一個優秀的重點班級，你不努力，別人就會超過你!所以今天回家各位家長都要表揚一下自己的孩子! 同時我作為班級英語教師，也給大家説一下咱們學生的英語學習情況!俗話説“親其師，信其道”，只有讓學生喜歡上你的英語課堂，才會主動去學習英語，這種潛力是無限大的，我覺得我和學生們都做到了!因為我們一起努力了4個月，4次考試，4次年級第一，而且2次單科第一都出在咱們班，這真的太不容易了!

我覺得讓剛入高中的學生以一種這樣自信的狀態，這樣優秀的成績揭開高中學習的第一頁，對他們以後的學習奠定了很好的基礎!相信我的學生們永遠都是英語課堂的粉絲!

When we meetdifficulties, we must learn to face it in the optimistic way, so we can see thehope and have the faith to move on. The difficult moment is just the smallinterlude of our lives. As the saying that failure is the mother of success, sowe need to learn lessons from failure and then when the time comes, we will getsuccessful. Facing frustration is unavoidable, if we can handle it well, we willwin.

人們總是説人的一生不可能一帆風順，這意味着人們會遇到各種各樣的困難，他們很容易會感到受挫，誰能走出挫折，誰就能獲得成功。當我們遇到困難，必須要學着去樂觀面對，這樣我們才能看到希望，有信念前進。困難時刻不過是我們生活的小插曲。俗話説失敗乃成功之母，我們要從失敗中學到教訓，當時機到來，我們就會成功。面對挫折是不可避免的，如果我們能處理好，就能贏得勝利。
