when i was ten, i was suddenly confronted with the anguish of transferring to other school. i had to left my friends i had ever known. as a kid,i feel lonely when i study in a new environment without a person i had known. nobody i could talk,nobody could know when i feel lonely. the time when i couldn't sleep, i'll always miss them, then the tears filled my eyes.

later, i became familar with the environment ,and made some friends ,which became my best friends then. they talked with me when i felt lonely, they helped me when i needed, they took care of me when i was sick. even through we were part, we still keep in touch with each other.

in our whole lives,we'll meet too much people but only a few can be our best friends. when staying with them,we can release ourself completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry together. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

but in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position in the society and to earn more money for their work. they have few time to share with their friends. with the time goes by, they will be far away from each other.

friend is kind of treasure in our lives. it's actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it also likes a cup of hot tea, when we are in bed time, it will warm our broken hearts.

friends,especially best friends. it is what we should have in our lives,and it can make our lives be colorful go beyond our imagination.

the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believein our future.

dear classmates,

as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.

i have a dream

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

we cannot walk alone.

and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

we cannot turn back.

there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

合規，在6個月之前，對我來説，還是個很陌生的眼。在安慶信合幹校培訓時是我第一次接觸到這個詞。那時，我也是似懂非懂的，只是依稀記得老師説，金融行業是個高風險的行業，合規很重要的，要嚴格遵守各項制度，要能抵擋得住誘惑。

而當我正式入社實習時，領導和前輩們的言傳身教讓我對合規有了感性上的、具體的一些瞭解。比如：“現金收入先收款後記賬，現金付出先記賬後付款”，“一日三碰庫”、“大額換人複核”、“離櫃退屏，收章鎖箱”等等。剛開始，我認為這很麻煩，耽誤時間。我帶着我的困惑問師傅，師傅説，這是規定，是必經的手續和程序。我長長的“哦”了一聲也沒再問下去。我知道，至此我對“合規”的概念依然還是懵懵懂懂的，只知其然而不知其所以然的。

令人欣慰的是，這次恰逢總行舉辦以“合規從我做起”為主題的是演講比賽並有幸參加，這幫助我對合規文化的瞭解有了新的更為理性、更深層面的認知，心中的許多疑惑也頓時豁然開朗。因為，為了能寫好演講稿，逼得對“合規”知之甚少，又缺乏實踐經驗的我，不得不去多方查閲相關書籍，上網瞭解相關介紹。

從中我瞭解到，原來，所謂“合規”，根據銀監會《商業銀行合規風險管理指引》，指的是“使金融機構的經營活動與法律、規則和準則相一致”。簡單的説，“合規”包含着兩個層次的涵義：一是“合格”的“規”;二是大家都要“符合、遵從”這個“合格的規”。而合規文化就是在全員的主動合規和自覺的合規意識基礎上形成的一種企業文化。我們也常聽到“十案九違規”，金融風暴的一些教訓，這些都告訴我們防範金融風險，合規風險管理是至關重要的。合規是我們必須直面應對和認真深思的既重要而又緊迫、既現實而又長遠的課題。作為支農主力軍的農村商業銀行，我們正在不斷深化改革，努力向一流金融機構進發。那麼要實現穩健經營，穩步發展，良好的合規文化無疑是必備條件。哦，原來師傅們早已將合規的理念執行於每筆交易中、每天的言行舉止中，根植於每天的工作習慣中了。我恍然大悟!如今這些微不足道的“習慣”也深深的感染到我，我想其中的受益是不言而喻的。

其實，它也是一種習慣，一種在日常工作中慢慢養成的習慣。是的，播種一個行為，收穫一個習慣，培養一種態度，造就一股敬業的精神，實現不一樣的人生境界，成就不同的企業發展高度，我想這就是合規文化的力量吧!

的確，良好的合規文化不僅可以提高我們九華的聲譽等無形資產價值;也可以增強銀行的持續競爭力。良好的合規文化，不僅保護幹部員工少犯錯誤，激發員工奉獻價值;而且可以吸引更多優質客户，贏得新老客户的回報價值，提升企業的品牌影響力。嚴謹的合規思想，良好的合規文化，較強的合規風險管理能力，可以使我們英明的決策者，根據企業自身的風險偏好，及時做出正確的抉擇，為企業的長遠發展奠定堅實的基礎。

作為一名新員工，我深深地感受到合規文化建設的要求，於我而言，真是“路漫漫其修遠兮”，任重而道遠!今後務必加強業務知識學習、提升合規操作意識。“沒有規矩何成方圓”，身為網點一線員工，切實提高業務素質和風險防範能力，全面加強櫃面營銷和櫃枱服務，是我們臨櫃人員最為實際的工作任務。作為臨櫃人員，我深知臨櫃工作的重要性，因為它是顧客直接瞭解我行窗口，起着溝通顧客與銀行的橋樑作用。因此，在臨櫃工作中，我始終堅持要做一個“有心人”。虛心學習業務，用心鍛鍊技能，耐心辦理業務，熱心對待客户。務必增強規章制度的執行與監督防範案件意識。正確辦理每一筆業務，認真審核每張票據，監督授權業務的合法合規，嚴格執行業務操作系統安全防範，抵制各種違規作業等等，做好相互制約，相互監督，不能礙於同事情面或片面追求經濟效益而背離規章制度而不顧。堅持至始至終地按規章辦事。

我做過很多年的職業舞蹈演員，因為喜愛我選擇了舞蹈上了北京舞蹈學院附中，到中國東方歌舞團國家級的院團，一切看起來都是很完美的，可是剛工作那兩年其實內心經常小小的不開心，面對那些美麗的充滿着模仿性的舞蹈，我常常自問自己這是我要的舞蹈嗎，它無關我的情緒，無關我的個人表達，它更多的像是一個完成。這個困惑在我心中停留了很長的時間。1994年一位非常着名的我崇拜的現代舞的舞蹈家來到我們團，給我們上了一個月的現代舞課，有一天他即興給我們表演了一段，他做了一個動作只是跪在地面上做了一個搖頭的動作，就是這樣搖頭，那一刻我看到了我的熱愛，看到了我熱愛的舞蹈，那樣的舞蹈是自由的是我向往的。

後來我放棄了東方歌舞團的工作上了中央戲劇學院，做好了從零開始的準備，從零開始可能更加意味着你不僅僅需要面對經濟的壓力，你的孤獨，更重要的是你要面臨心理上巨大的落差，當然這是我的選擇。可是過程依然是煎熬的，我甚至發現我熱愛的戲劇事業其實它並不那麼喜歡我，因為舞蹈跟戲劇真的是完全不一樣的學科。有一天的作業叫做“人生四個階段”，要用一件道具貫穿一個人的少年、青年、中年、老年。選什麼道具呢，就在這時一個道具浮現在我的腦海裏：口紅。

小姑娘階段，這個小姑娘是偷偷跑進媽媽的房間的，直奔媽媽的梳粧枱，拿出了那個心儀已久的口紅，畫圓圈的方式抹在自己的嘴上，然後咧着嘴笑了，然後聽到媽媽要進來的聲音趕快迅速拿着餐巾紙把自己的嘴趕快擦乾淨，然後走了。到了青年，熱戀中的少女很開心地回到自己的房間走到梳粧枱面前，拿出那個已經挑選好的美麗的口紅，慢慢地一點點地描在自己的嘴上，很精細、很仔細，看着鏡子裏自己傻傻的樣子，然後一下子就笑了，手捂住了嘴迅速手要拿開，因為不要讓自己的手把自己精心畫的口紅給弄髒了。到了中年，匆忙地進入到自己的房間裏頭，雖然是走到了一個梳粧枱面前看着鏡子當中的自己並不是結實的，是虛的，拿着口紅也是看了一眼迅速就不用看了，熟練地給自己刮一個口紅。到了老年，我假設自己是個奶奶來收拾孫女的房間，看着一桌子的化粧品護膚品亂七八糟地擺在桌面上，我得幫她收，正好拿起一支口紅怎麼是這個顏色太鮮豔了關上放好，又拿起一支口紅這個顏色還可以，無意地看到了鏡中的自己，我可以試一下，拿着這支口紅輕輕地、輕輕地點在自己的已經衰老的嘴脣上，看着鏡中的自己略略地笑了一下，有自嘲也許有苦笑可是笑意漸漸退去之後是一種無可奈何的接受，然後默默地低頭離開了孫女的房間。

這就是我當時用無聲的方式用形體的方式做的一個作業，其實想想那個時候的表演一定不夠精緻的，可是這個作業的結構和細膩的過程得到了老師的肯定，狠狠地表揚了我三天讓我有點小小的得意。想想一支口紅真的是有可能貫穿一個女人一輩子的物品，我想可能就是在那一刻我突然明白了，物品道具不僅僅是用來展現它的功能的，它是用來找尋我們與它之間的一種聯繫的。我知道今天有四位選手將要站在這個舞台上，他們可能是不同的性格不同的人生經歷，但是我相信他們是帶着生命，對於生命對於生活的熱愛才站在這裏進行屬於他們自己的表達，那麼祝福他們希望他們能夠站在這個舞台上找到屬於自由的自己。

首先，我要感謝英語組的長虹老師，曉娜老師，還有韓非老師。長虹老師忙前忙後為我爭取了比賽名額，給予了我這次彌足珍貴機會。曉娜老師還有韓非老師一直陪我比完了兩場比賽，為我加油鼓勁。難怪其他學校的選手聽説我有老師陪着嫉妒地説你真幸福。哎，誰叫我是育明這個團結上進而又温暖的集體中的一員呢?

現在回首那一個星期馬不停蹄的準備，心中升騰起一陣驀然的温暖與幸福。尤記得曉娜老師利用自己的休息時間，一遍又一遍的聽我背稿，又從網上下來海量問題與我練習即興演講這部分的比賽項目，讓我在走上舞台時心中滿溢着無比的自信。尤記得臨賽前同學們澄澈的祝福，讓我堅實而坦然地走好了每一步。

同時，我還要謝謝一直伴着我走過九年英語學習歷程的我的母親。是她的嚴格要求讓我有了今天的成績。從cctv英語演講大賽的省優勝獎，到未來被英語演講比賽特等獎，再到楓葉杯國中組金獎，從全國奧林匹克英語國小組全國二等獎，到全國奧林匹克國中組大連市第一名全國一等獎，到如今海附杯特等獎，都有她不可磨滅的功勞。遙想來，母親付出了太多太多。小時候，在外面學英語。她擔心我一個人在學校會害怕，會被人欺負(我從來都是和比我大很多的同學一起上課)，她便捨棄悠閒週末的時光，整個下午泡在外語學校裏，經常一坐就是五六個小時。現在想來，心裏總是有點酸澀的悵然，不知不覺又紅了眼圈。甚至可以説，沒有母親的付出，就不會有我今天的輝煌。

換個話題把。談到學習英語的體會和經驗，我想説積累足夠的詞彙量是最重要的。詞彙量大的英語學習者一般聽説讀寫譯每一項都很出色，詞彙量小的人怎麼聽，怎麼説，怎麼寫，怎麼譯都很難有實質性的飛躍。總有人問學英語有什麼竅門，我回憶過去的路，想到的只有認認真真的學習和踏踏實實的慢慢進步。更多的人問學英語有什麼方法，我覺得最重要的可能是隨時叩問自己現在的方法有效嗎，自己在進步嗎。如果付出了汗水而沒有收穫果實，那就説明方法需要調整。我不想明確的描述一種或幾種方法，應為我覺得大家應該各有不同的最適方法。但是方法永遠只是形式，汗水才是真金子。最好的學生應該是既刻苦，又知道有效得刻苦的人。

最後再一次感謝在這次比賽中支持我的老師、同學、家長。同時祝願所有的同學們在各科學習中能青雲緩步共昇平，無愧於育明人這一光榮的稱號。謝謝。

大家好!

今天我能參加這次活動，深感榮幸，也很自豪。我演講的題目是:《我驕傲,我是煙草人.》

自我參加煙草工作以來，便深深愛上了愛上了這個行業和我們這個生機勃勃，充滿温暖的集體。在這個集體裏我所領略的是領導的超前意識,創新的管理模式以及對市場的準確把握,奠定了我們工作成功的基礎,引導了我們事業的發展;同志們的愛崗敬業,無私奉獻更催開了今天的勝利之花.在這樣的集體裏，我有的只是對工作的熱情,對事業的追求。

煙草行業的工作性質是很特殊的，它有張有弛，閒時求秩，忙時求序;閒時練兵，忙時拼殺。今年的作風紀律建設活動，使每一位職工在認真對待自己工作的同時，都有一種危急感，壓力感，緊迫感，在不斷進取的同時，來準確定位自己，發展自己，充實自己，營造出了素質更高形象更好的職工隊伍.充滿了凝聚力與戰鬥力。

我們煙葉科擔負着全縣煙葉的倉貯管理、等級純化、對外調拔以及貨款的回攏工作，我們都始終抱着一種認認真真，紮紮實實的態度來對待自己的本職工作.保管員個個吃苦耐勞，從第一車煙進廠他們就開始了每個貨位之間的度量,有的煙站小,貯量少,如果不及時調運就會影響正常收購，為了協調十七個煙站的順利收購，他們在貨位有限，倉貯條件差的現實面前，較盡腦汁，想盡一切辦法來增大貯存量，有時白天驗收，晚上加班外調，來解決倉貯的燃眉之急.早叫早到，晚叫晚起，已成了他們的工作準則，甚至有時要放下正在吃着的飯碗，丟下熟睡的孩子，可他們從來沒有因為私事而影響煙葉的調運，幾個月下來，十幾萬擔煙葉在他們那兒進進了出，他們的工作量我們是可想而知的，可他們總是忙而有序，心細如微，對此他們從來不叫苦，不喊累。生產骨幹更是以身作則，每天穿梭在兩個生產車間，不時地進行着等級指導,生怕利益受到損失，誰也説不清他們每天要跑上多少路程，可他們總是任勞任怨，儘自己努力地使煙葉等級純度達到更高;後勤人員為了能使煙葉順利調出，總是夜裏加班加點，後期，也就進入了天寒地凍的季節，只要一個調煙的電話過去，他們馬上會離開熱乎乎的被窩，迅速趕到自己的崗位.業務員們更是沒有説的，舍小家顧大家已成為他們的的家長便飯，特別是黃小林同志，去年父親重病住院，家裏還有年少的孩子，當時他正在新鄭出差，一個電話打去，他心急如焚，理應回家照看，可晚上正是他和煙廠談判的時機，如果這一走可能會影響幾萬擔煙葉的調拔計劃，面對公司的利益，他硬是帶着對父親的愧疚，含看熱淚一句“真的回不去”就把所有責任甩給了妻子，同志們，我們可以想象當時妻子的那種期盼、那種渴望是多麼需要他能在身邊幫上一把呀。做為人子，作為人夫，作為人父的他或許是不稱職的，但做為一名煙草人，他是無愧於心的。還有張朋朋同志，近臨過年了，別人都在家準備年貨，可他卻為了讓煙葉及時上站，身患心臟病的他，仍然奔波在火車站的貨運市場，幾個晝夜下來，眼睛紅了，身體累了，在昏昏沉沉中他的頭上撞了個大包，可他卻説：“只要貨能按時起運，這個大包瞌的也值了。。。。。。。。

當然,我們在座的每一位職工也都在不同的崗位上默默地奉獻着,為自己熱愛的煙草事業燃燒着自己的激情.俗話説:”團結就是力量,”團結才能出戰鬥力,團結才能出好的成績,這話一點都不錯,我們就是靠這種愛崗敬業,團結向上的精神,使我們的煙草事業在經濟浪潮的今天立於不敗之地的.

雷鋒同志曾經説過：“如果你是一滴水，你是否滋潤了一片土地，如果你是一縷陽光，你是否照亮了一片黑暗”。他們就是這樣的一滴水,這樣的一縷陽光,在煙草行業中演繹着自己的人生,在平凡的崗位上成就了非凡的業績,這樣的集體，這樣的人,這樣的精神,每天都在淨化着我的靈魂,陶冶着我的情操,激勵着我的鬥志,從他們身上我看到了煙草行業的希望,我為自己能夠工作在這樣的集體裏而自豪,為自己是一名煙草人而驕傲!!!

大家好!今天我演講的題目是《祖國，在我心中》。

當看到書本里那段祖國被列強欺凌、人民飽受苦難時，我義憤填膺;當看到港澳迴歸、神七飛天時，我歡呼雀躍;零八奧運的成功，更是讓我揚眉吐氣、無比自豪!因為，祖國在我心中!

我在圓明園裏知道了祖國的屈辱和悲憤，我在八達嶺長城上見證了祖國的雄偉和磅礴，在浩瀚的書籍中認識了祖國五千年文明的燦爛和輝煌。在慶祝祖國六十華誕的日子裏，重温歷史，我深切地感受到，古老中國煥發出勃勃生機;展現成就，我目睹了新中國的日新月異。激動和興奮充盈着我不再幼稚的心胸，我情不自禁地呼喊：“祖國啊!您是我身心棲居的家園，我與您血脈相連!”

多少回佇立於輕輕的晨風裏，無數次守候在柔柔的朝霞中，國旗下的我在想：是無數先烈的浴血奮戰換來了祖國的安寧，是那麼多建設者的辛勤汗水造就了祖國的繁榮昌盛。我們在倍受呵護、享受幸福的時候，是否應該考慮如何回報祖國?

同學們，讓我們行動起來吧!用激情點燃希望之火，用青春澆灌成功之花。努力拼搏，勤奮學習，增長本領，勇敢地擔負起建設祖國美好未來的重任!因為，祖國，永遠在我心中!
