Effective communication should be planned t,speak slowly and briefly in order to make ourselves understood nd,express ourselves in all sincerity and with d,concentrate on what the speaker says and appreciate his point of over,we should give positive feedback by nodding or smiling while th,place ourselves in the place of others.

As far as I'm concerned,I communicate with other people in a positive way whether I'm in a merry mood or I often express my own opinion genuinely and sincerely.

早上，温暖的陽光灑在陽台上，灑在我的書桌上。那裏擺放着一盆茶花，包裝地很精美。是我專門為媽媽挑選的紅顏色的，只希望媽媽的心情天天如花怒放，興高采烈。心裏老盼着媽媽明白我的一片心意，主動收下這束花。説真的，我是一個很少與媽媽溝通的孩子，好想與媽媽敞開心扉，説知心話。

我早看到了女兒小書桌上的那朵紅茶花，十分喜歡有時，我猜想：是不是女兒專門買來送給我的?可我不能妄加猜，萬一不是我的，我這個作媽媽的可不好交待呀!還是過些時間再説吧。

媽媽，我明明看見了我桌上的花，為什麼不拿?過幾天，花兒枯萎了，一切都晚了。媽媽，一定要拿起那朵花，不然我的心都要碎了。上天保佑。

這幾天女兒很孝敬我。常常虛寒問暖，給我端茶捶背。我可真幸福呀!可是我總覺得女兒有些害羞，不大愛説話，常常獨自一個人悶悶不樂，在想什麼呢?作媽媽的可真不希望恧兒這樣。哎!

媽媽，一天一天就這樣過去了。我桌上的花仍一動不動地擺着。媽媽，請您一定要讀懂女兒的心。拿起它吧，拿起它吧!我和您之間就差這一步了。我也不明白，"我愛您"這幾個字始終説不出口。

奇怪了，女兒桌上的花都一天了，還是沒動靜。我真猜不着女兒要幹什麼?都怪我平時與她交流少了，親情都疏遠了。我想這花一定有什麼特殊意義，我還是收下它吧!找個機會與女兒談談。我想這花一定是上天給予我的一次機會。想信自己，拿着它不會有錯的。我也不知哪裏來的這股勇氣。

於是，我走到陽台的書桌上。上面有一張"全家福"，我女兒就站在中間，他的笑容甜蜜蜜的。看着看着，我有一種十分親切的感覺。想象一家人和睦相處多好呀!我又底下頭，小心翼翼拿起這朵花，突然之間，感覺它芳香四溢。當我抬起頭，看見女兒正站在門口，他笑了，不，他還是哭了，是喜極而泣吧。忽然發覺自己的臉濕濕的。更重要的是我明白了這花是……

今天，我特別高興，因為媽媽打開了我心靈上的大鎖。我的"愛"終於被媽媽體諒，我也更加了解了媽媽。相信我對媽媽的愛永不失價值，永遠，珍重，媽媽!
