碩士論文格式規範要求

一、正式論文項目順序

1. 封面(cover)

2. 標題頁 (title page)

3. 鳴謝 (acknowledgements)

4. 中文摘要 (abstract in chinese)

5. 英文摘要 (abstract in english)

6. 目錄頁 (contents)

二、規範詳解

1. 封面

學校統一發放。

2. 標題頁

論文標題應符合英文的思維習慣，一般不使用冠詞，力求簡潔易懂。標題文字全部大寫。標題頁的每一行文字均居中，一律為四號字，粗體顯示。

3. 鳴謝

行文語氣要嚴肅敬重，內容須緊扣論文和學術的前後過程，切忌離題，避免主客倒置。 “acknowledgements” 必須為複數形式。鳴謝頁不須標註頁碼。

4. 摘要

4.1 摘要必須概括論文的主要內容，突出論文的創新點。

4.2 內容要少而精，一般不超過一頁，切忌鋪延漫談。

4.3 頁尾提供的關鍵詞不宜過多，一般為3-5個。關鍵詞要能反映學術研究的關鍵連接點，以方便作相關課題的檢索。

5. 目錄頁

目錄分級(即子目錄)不宜過粗或過細，一般為二至三級。目錄不宜過長，一般不超過兩頁。編排目錄頁時，須用word所提供的目錄編輯工具進行操作。

6. 正文

6.1 行文要規範，腳註或尾註等，必須使用word所提供的相應工具來操作。

6.2 段首縮進4-5個英文字母或2個漢字，段與段之間不空行。

6.3正文中的一級標題採用三號字，二級標題採用小三號字，三級標題採用四號字，四級標題採用小四號字，標題一律用粗體。

6.4 除以上説明的分級標題外，正文中的行文采用小四號字(行文當中出現的中文，採用五號字)，但引用的段落採用五號字，且必須左右各縮進10個英文字母。

6.5 在行文論述中，引用的文字如果不是英語，須先用英語表達(即譯成英語)，後以括號引出原文並標明出處(可用縮略形式標明出處，但其全稱須在bibliography中列出)，例如：…“the faithfulness in translation should include expressiveness and elegance. to be expressive helps to be faithful, but to be elegant does not mean decorating expressiveness. faithfulness is to render a piece of work in the way that the author intended it till the original style is staged.”(譯事之信，當包達、雅;達正以盡信，而雅非為飾達。依意旨以傳，而能如風格以出，斯之謂信。)[錢鍾書，1986:1101]

6.6在行文論述中，間接轉述他人觀點，亦須標明出處。如果出處在bibliography中列出了全稱，則如上以縮略形式標註，否則，需在腳註或尾註中作説明。

7. 參考文獻

文獻排列按英文字母順序或漢語拼音順序。先列英文作品，後列中文作品。例如：

全部英文采用 “times new roman” 體，全部中文采用宋體。

9. 全文行距

全部設為1.5倍行距，但正文中的段落引文設為單倍行距。
