I graduated four years the past four years,I have been working as an english teacher in a language training be specific,I teach pupils and middle school ks to my job,because the four-year teaching experience,I have got my own teaching styles on english cially on the basic vocabulary and grammar time,my classes attract students’attention very makes my class more effective. What’s more ,I am used to talking about my students’ performance,problems and solutions with children’s parents all the is very helpful to my teaching and because of it, my communication skills are improved a lot. During the past 2 years,I have been named one of the toppest teachers in my company. And my performance won the trust of my boss,students and their parents.

Nowadays,Although we are appealing the “character building education”,my students still have very heavy pressure,and most parents spend much money on english training for getting higher marks in exams.
