I was graduated from Qingdao university. my major is I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx. During university, I spent most of my time on study so that I have passed CET4/6 . and acquired basic knowledge of my major.(Education background)

In July 20xx, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in use I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job. I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

各位领导下午好，我叫，广西河池人，今年26岁，20xx年毕业于xx大学土木建筑工程学院建筑工程专业，全日制本科学历，学士学位。毕业后一直在工作至今，已经有3年工龄，先后经历了两个项目。

第一个项目是一个7栋18层10万平米的商品房住宅楼小区，我的职位是现场责任工程师，通俗的说就是栋号长或工长，负责两栋地下2层、地上18层的住宅楼，职责是安全、质量、进度、成本的控制，资料的整理，合同的执行，施工队组的组织与协调，合同外的工作签证办理，往来函件的收发，对已完成工作进行计量，这个项目在20xx年底顺利的通过竣工验收，目前小业主已经入住。

第二个是一个6栋23层12万平米的保障房住宅楼小区，我的职位是工程技术部经理，主管工程技术工作，包括：图纸会审、施工组织设计编制、施工方案编制、进度计划编制、钢筋翻样工作、工程资料的收集整理、参与工程质量的验收、对接勘察和设计提出设计变更、负责对现场施工图纸的答疑、提出科技创效方案(科技创效方式主要有：四新技术、设计缺陷和施工合同清单缺陷、投标的不平衡报价、地方标准要求等)、对现场施工人员的技术交底、处理现场突发事件，编制处理方案并及时走签落实、曾负责公司3个大型项目技术标书的制作、代表南宁分公司参与总部“金点子”发布会，其中“新型型钢悬挑脚手架锚固件”获得优秀奖，并在公司推广。

两个项目干下来以后，我对一个工程项目从土方开挖开始，直至竣工验收及交房后维修的工作都有了比较深刻的了解。同时在工作之余我还撰写论文，编写工法，目前已经有一篇论文在国家级刊物上发表，一篇省部级工法正在评审中。工作中我比较务实、我最不喜欢的字眼就是“应该、可能、大概、差不多”因为这几个词语对工程人来说是没有实际意义的，说了和没说差不多。工作中我积极进取，主动承担项目出科技成果的重任，发表论文和工法，发掘“金点子”。

我还具有较强的学习能力和接受新鲜事物的能力，去年6月份考取了二级建造师，参加工作后我自学了一些软件，例如，常用的cad、word、excel、ppt、project、visio、ps、梦龙网络计划、图文转换软件、视频处理软件、户型图绘制软件。我的工作态度认真、责任心强、并有很强的团队合作精神与合作能力、注重工作效率、性格开朗、做事果断有主见、时间观念强，且具备良好的表达能力，富有开拓意识，注意细节，有很好的心理承受能力。

此外还主动参加公司组织的文体活动，20xx年代表南宁分公司到总部参加职工运动会，并取得了100m第四名和跳远第四名的好成绩。分公司每年的团拜会都出节目，表演过独唱和集体舞。现在我还兼职了项目部的团支部书记。我的介绍完毕，谢谢!
