1.通过协调能力解决工程管理难题：

①单位内部的协调。掌握公司内部关联部门的工作流程，通过与规划技术部，工程经营部，土地部等相关部门的协调，从而保证了从技术可行性到造价合理性及施工场地允许性等一系列问题的解决。

②其他相关单位的协调。因工程施工过程的特性，依据政府三号文件精神，需经常与审计、财政、规建处、建设局等相关部门沟通、协调，和各相关单位的沟通使得更好的服务于工程建设，有效的保证工程施工过程造价增加的合法性及以后的决算的依据性。

③施工单位协调：参与工程建设的单位有地质勘察单位、设计单位、监理单位、总包单位、甲方分包单位、甲供材料供应单位、试验检测单位等好几十家，涉及的合同也好几十份，处理好甲方分包、甲供材料供应单位与总包单位的关系。同时还要处理好与施工单位的关系，除了监管与被监管的关系外，还有协作、配合的关系，可概括为监、帮、促的关系。甲方代表除了依照工程合同、图纸、规范对施工活动认真严格监督管理之外，对其施工中的实际困难应尽其所能给予帮助解决;对施工技术上的问题要当好参谋，对于施工单位的合法利益应给予保护。

2.通过有效管理，推进项目又好、又快开展

①加强对监理单位管理。 工程施工过程中应以监理单位的管理为主，要求监理单位应熟悉图纸及现场情况，并为工程的质量、进度、投资控制负责。同时严格要求总监，要求总监按照监理合同、监理规划和实施细则执行，配齐相关人员，组织好监理例会的召开。

②加强施工单位管理。

Covering an area of 24 square KM，the Yin Ruins at xiaotun village was the site of an ancient capital city 3000 years ago.

In ancient times，xiaotun was called Yin to which king Pangeng of the shang Dynasty migrated his capital. As a capital for 273 years， it saw 12 kings and 8 generations period was called the Yin shang or the Yin Dynasty in history. The city declined after the Yin had been overthrown and the remains of the Shang Dynasty was latter called the Yin Ruins.

In 1961，the Yin Ruins was listed as the first group of culture relics under state-level protection order to prevent it from further damage and preserve the culture it en of Yin Ruins was built on the site of the Ruins in 1987.

Well，the whole garden is skillfully designed and built on the exact site of the original the buildings in the garden are built on rammed terraces with thatched double-eaved roofs. The rafters beams are decorated with fine carvings of dragon， cicade and other animals.

第四、具有一定创新意识。从事稽核工作以来，我能针对稽核工作，做到想办法、出点子。一是通过参预银监部门组织的序时性现场检查工作，充分借鉴专业检查方法，制作了《稽核工作底稿》、《稽核取证记录》等等的工作表格，使我市联社稽核工作资料在达州市农村信用社范围内率先达到程序化、规范化、格式化，并在达州市联社履职审计、序时稽核工作中得以运用和推广;二是结合日常稽核工作实际，将《农村信用社90种常见违规行为》、银监局对联社序时性现场检查《事实与评价》中涉及信用社经营管理中常见问题及引用的条款，制作成幻灯片，在稽核工作中得以推广和运用，有效地提高了稽核工作效率。

当然，我还存在一些不足，在工作中也有一些失误，但更多的优势给我能胜任担任稽核监察部主任奠定了基础。如果我竞聘上稽核监察部主任职务，我将根据我市农村信用社实际,顺应稽核管理发展，把“稽核管理准军事化”的理念得到更进一步的贯彻和落实。对基层信用社的管理，将结合省联社出台的“农村信用社工作人员违规行为处理办法”、“农村信用社经营管理禁令”以及各级管理部门出台的制度、办法实施有效稽核检查。

如果我竞聘成功，我将从以下几个方面开展工作：

(一)进一步提高稽核人员综合素质，为实现稽核全面质量化管理奠定基础。一是实施稽核培训计划。拟定年度稽核人员后续教育培训方案，有计划、有目的地组织稽核人员培训，并编制相应考题，实行实时考核，将考试成绩纳入稽核人员目标考核管理中,使参训稽核人员学有所获、学有所用;二是继续推行稽核例会制度。按月邀请联社领导、职能科室负责人共同参与稽核例会，共同讨论、研究、决策稽核工作中发现的问题，并且达到稽核人员在会议中学习、在讨论中提高的目的。三是加强考核考评工作。在每一次稽核工作任务结束后，都要按照规定和要求进行严格考核评价，及时通报情况、奖优罚劣，通过考核评价来有效解决稽核人员干好干坏一个样的问题。

(二)重典治乱，加大制度的执行力度。一是稽核检查与业务辅导相结合，有效提高一线员工综合业务素质，逐步减少由于业务素质低形成的操作违规风险。二是树立一线员工合规经营理念，提高对违规行为的整改力度。三是利用重典惩治违规违制行为，提高干部职工对制度的执行力，让全市员工充分明白和体会到违规违制需要付出代价。四是开展诫勉谈话、警示谈话，实时掌握员工思想动态，把防范案件关口前移。

(三)稽核与监察有机结合，切实做好案防工作

一是严把“教育观”，使人不想作案。

作为稽核监察部门，要把预防案件的关口前移，除了做好日常业务检查监督，还要从源头上增强干部职工的遵章守纪意识，要充分采用纪检监察方式教育干部职工自省、自警、自尊、自律，做到常喝“醒脑汤”，常打“防腐针”，常照“反面镜”，充分利用典型案例开展警示教育活动，通过正反对比，触动员工心灵，增强遵纪守法，廉洁奉公意识，提高全体干部职工的思想道德品格和拒腐防变能力，营造一心一意干工作，全心全意谋发展的良好氛围。

二是严把“制度关”，使人不能作案。让制度约束思想，让纪律规范行为。党有党纪，国有国法，社有社规，没有制度无以成方圆。制度是合规经营的保证，要从根本上遏制违规违纪违法案件，必须从制度的执行入手，经验和教训告诉我们，没有铁的纪律和制度的约束，一个企业将永远不会有发展，制度是保障业务经营的重要保障，只有用严格的制度才能掐灭案件的导火索，保证不出案件。

In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 20xx, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met -Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research.
