也许世纪百悦的工作对大家来说，都觉得是一件很简单的事情。收银员只负责收银，其他员工各司其职，不会有什么难的。我以前也是这么认为的，可是此刻看来，等我自我成为商场员工的时候，我才感觉到其中很多的困难，并没有想象中那么简单，那么容易，我想说，其实做什么工作都会遇到困难，没有一项工作是简单易做的，仅有努力才能够做好!

经过近二个月的工作和学习，商场的工作我也能够应付自如了，或许说这些话有些自满，但当有状况发生时，公司的同事都会向我伸出援助之手。这使我心中不经万分感动。在这二个月的时间里，自我一向坚持着对工作的热情，心态也是以平和为主。我深深的明白，作为一名世纪百悦的工作人员，坚决不能够把个人的情绪带到工作中来。顾客永远是对的，不能与顾客发生任何的不愉快，所以我们要以会心的微笑去接待每一位顾客，纵然顾客有时会无理取闹，但我们也要做到沉着冷静，坚持好自我的心态，尽量避免与顾客之间发生矛盾。

虽然自我做收银工作的时间不是太长，自身的专业素质和业务水平还有待提高，可是自我觉得只要用心去做，努力去学习，就能够克服任何困难。我们要树立良好的形象，因为我们不仅仅代表着我们自身，更代表着公司的形象。在工作期间我们要进取的向老员工请教和学习，能够踏实认真的做好这份属于我们自我的工作。这是公司的需要更是自我工作的需要。针对自我在工作中遇到的问题，探讨自我的心得和体会，也算是对自我的一个工作评价吧。

在这段工作期间内，自我感觉到还有很大的不足，对于自我的业务水平和技能还有待提高，这样才能在方便顾客的同时也方便我们自我的工作，使我们的工作效率有所提高。当然自我觉得对顾客的服务才是最重要的，作为服务行业的一员，我们能做的就是服务顾客，让顾客满意而归。这就要求我们自身具备良好的个人素质，做到热情耐心的接待好每一位顾客，不要在工作中将自我的小情绪带进来，更不能在工作时间内聊天、嬉戏，这样会让自我在工作中出现许多不必要的麻烦，为了防止自我与顾客之间产生矛盾，我们必须要坚持好自我的心态。

在工作之余，自我还应当多学习关于自我工作方面的专业知识，自我仅有不断的学习，不断的提高，不断的提高，才能立足于如今如此竞争激烈的社会之中，这也是我们为自我所做的准备，仅有做好这些，有足够的资本，才能在这份岗位中脱颖而出，要明白在一份平凡的工作中作出不平凡的成绩，这并不是一件易事。
