首先介绍一下教材，是跟我们三、四年级英语教材相衔接的，也是和我们的国中英语相配套的，如果你以前的英语没有学好，那相对来说，你现在学得比较累;同样地，如果你现在不学好英语，那将来的英语学习也是不难想象的。因为现在国小英语，如果有心的家长仔细看的话，会发现国小英语的词汇量与语法是无法想象的。所以我们只有现在打好良好的基础，才不会导致英语越学越难、越学越差。

这一班学生在英语方面是我刚刚接手的，每个学生学习情况我还在不断的了解之中，其实在座的家长对自己子女的情况比我更加清楚。学生们都是在三年级时同一起跑线上起跑的，经过两年来的学习，学生与学生之间已经拉开了差距。一些好的学生学习兴趣浓，学习劲头足，课堂上积极思维，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环的好势头。他们的学习习惯好，在听、说、读、写方面都能齐头并进，我为他们感到欣慰。可也有一些学生，平时学习马虎，基础不扎实，功亏一篑，导致他们现在课上听讲出现困难，用他们自己的话说：“李老师上课，我听不懂。”听不懂，还不努力，书面作业拖拉不交，口头作业根本不完成，如此一来，学习自然成了件头痛事，麻烦事。其实，大部分的学生还是处于中间层次，老师所教的，所布置的作业能够基本完成，但学习的效率又因人而异，存在着个体差别。尽管他们平时不需要老师操太多的心，费太大的力，但是说起各方面的表现，又总有一丝遗憾，我们总希望他们能够再上一个台阶。

怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢?我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我们只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：我们要和孩子共同成长。

重视良好的学习习惯的培养

(1)让孩子多听录音在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力差，为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听，多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说。按照眼前利益来看，我们的升学考试也一年比一年注重听力、阅读等需要综合能力的部分。比如前年的听力占35分，去年就已经占40分了。

(2)让孩子大声说英语家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。我们要鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。

(3)让孩子熟练背诵课文和单词背诵是一项基本功，可以积累一些日常用语，到用的时等候就可以脱口而出。但是在背诵过程中要讲究方法，不可操之过急，要注意分散和集中相结合。我们一般是分段教课文，那就可以请学生分段背课文。等快教完的时候，再把课文串起来背，这样可以降低一点难度，让学生背得轻松些。但是在检查过程中，我们发现有一部分学生背得相当熟练，可问他课文中的某个词组或句子的意思时，他却一问三不知。所以，我们在背诵过程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基础上达到背诵的要求，课文中涉及到的相关词组和句型，要让学生熟记，并能用它们来造句、说话。

在具体的实施过程中发现：有些学生根本不用心学，能偷懒则偷懒，很多家长比较负责会查问有没有教新课，要不要默写，但孩子不老实，欺骗家长。这时候，你应该及时跟我联系，让孩子知道：欺骗不是办法，也会受到相应的惩罚。

单词亦是如此，分散记忆、根据读音记忆单词都是可取的方法。有时，我们回家布置抄写单词，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒学生记忆这些单词。但是在日常学习中，学生不重视这项作业，认为只是抄抄而已，不做也没什么关系，其实他连抄写都不做，根本别说是去背了，结果几次下来，他负债累累，应付不过来，学习处于被动状态，从而影响了以后的学习，出现退步现象。因此，请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。父母亲的良好榜样起着很大作用。孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这时，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。

在默写单词、词组、课文的时候，有些会诱导父母：老师要求报英语，那家长就比较为难，一方面，自己根本不会读英语;另一方面，也只能帮助他作弊了。

一、班级整体情况

在优秀班主任刘老师的带领下，我们班比较优秀(进步较大)，在这次期会考试中我们取得了比较好的成绩的成绩，本次考试共有50人参加，总分3696.5、平均分73.93、及格率76%、90分以上有11人，80-90分以上12人、70-7911人，60-69分4人，12人不及格。优秀率率28%其中高分是田帅99分。 但也有小部分学生明显落后与别人，主要表现在上课注意力不集中，不喜欢张口读书，动作偏慢，家庭作业没有按时上交或干脆不交等现象，久而久之，他的各种表现就落后了，不管是考试成绩，口语交流，还是书写。就不如其他学生。

二、英语学科的特点

本学期我们用的是陕旅版英语教材的三年级起点，在学生听、说、读、写的基础上，强调语言的运用，注重能力的培养，培养学生自主学习的能力和独立运用所学语言去做事的能力。但教学内容紧密联系国小生的生活和学习实际，选择话题充分考虑到国小生的需求，涉及学校、家庭、饮食、玩具、动物、颜色、数字等。因此，英语学科的学习本身趣味性比较强，成绩好的同学会越学越有趣，小部分同学基础没打好，兴趣也就减弱了，毕竟学习的过程是从易到难的。低段简单的没学会，到高段难的知识点学起来就感觉累了。英语课程每个单元的课型也比较清晰的，每单元有partA B C 三部分内容，每部分有三中课型;单词教学，对话教学和阅读教学;还有C部分，也就是故事教学是选学内容，我们一般不作课堂授课，作为有兴趣的同学自己自学内容。

三、 如何在家监督孩子的英语学习

1.关注家庭作业

每周有四节英语课，这四天里我都会布置家庭作业，并且我对家庭作业有具体的要求：若当天是新授单词课，那晚上的作业肯定是默写单词;若是对话课，那晚上的作业肯定是默写重点句，对预习作业的要求是：听录音，若预习单词，要在家校联系本上抄写单词，我没有规定抄写几遍，目的是培养学生主动学习的习惯，而不是每天机械地完成老师布置的作业。若对话课或阅读课，要求翻译汉语的意思，。第二天由四人小组长检查，发现很多孩子是来学校补的。所以，从今天以后，家长可以根据这几个要求去关自己孩子完成作业的情况，当然这之前也有做得很好的家长，不但关注孩子的学习而且可以在微信群里询问作业或者当面咨询老师。

2.关注单元测试 看孩子的试卷，不光看分数的高低，更要关注孩子错误的原因，是因为粗心，还是因为本身就不会。一次考试，不仅仅只是分数上的收获，更是一种学习方法上的收获。也是鼓励和鞭策孩子，让孩子有学习的成就感，每次测试后我都以不同的方式给予学生奖励，有，优秀奖，进步奖，鼓励奖。当然我们奖励的奖品是从成绩不好的学生奶得到的，我这样做并不是为了其他的什么，知识想通过这个小小的奖励或者惩罚让好的更好，让不好的变好，希望家长能理解和支持。

四、 几点希望

1.家长要转变观念，要把语文，数学，英语放在同等位置。经常可以听到家长的议论，国小英语没关系，国中会重学的，其实这是一种错误的观念。国中七年级是有三个模块式复习内容的，但后面的内容跨度还是很大的。所以养成良好的学习习惯要从国小开始，孩子的学习必须家校合作，因为时代在进步，再也不要和你那时自己的学习比较。希望家长再家多费点心，多关注自己孩子的英语学习情况。

2.多关注孩子的学习动态，别过早的放弃孩子对英语的学习，要意识到国小的知识相对来说是比较简单的，更多的是要让孩子有学英语的动力，多鼓励，不要一味的责骂，多和孩子交流，沟通。

国小六年级，是学生在国小学习生活中最后一个阶段，也是国小与国中的接轨点，学生素质的高低，成绩的好坏，即将面临一个新的环境的新的挑战，所以国小六年级阶段十分重要。而英语是继语文数学的又一大主科。尤其是到了国中阶段，英语科目所占分值高达120分，考试内容涵盖听说读写。而我们国小阶段正处于英语基础的学习阶段，一个扎实的英语知识基础会为国中的进一步学习提供很大的帮助，减轻很大的负担。国中内容信息量，知识量都大大增加。国小基础没打好的同学道理国中会很吃力。

我已经代咱们三个班的英语有半个多月的时间了，通过这半个月，我大体上已经了解了我们同学的英语水平状况。现在我就来和大家说说:

首先我们同学的英语水平两极分化非常严重。部分学生甚至厌学。其实，在三年级的时候，大家处于同一条起跑线，经过两年的学习，学生与学生之间已经有了很大的差距。一些同学学习兴趣浓，学习劲头足，课堂上积极思维，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环，越学越简单，越简单越愿意学。可也有一些学生，平时学习习惯不好，上课不认真听讲，下课偷懒不完成作业，结果他们现在课上听讲出现困难，听不懂，不会读，不敢读，最后直接不听不读不写作业，自己放弃了自己。其实他们也想学好，也愿意进步，也想得到老师的表扬，家长的鼓励，同学的尊敬。所以需要我们老师家长一起努力，重塑孩子的信心。

再者就是 每个学生都有要提高的方面。规范书写，音标拼读，单词记忆，词汇，语法，阅读，写作等，需要从听，说，读，写四个方面入手，激发兴趣，打实基础，适当拓展，树立长远的英语学习观。重视阅读，词汇积累，写作能力的培养。

还有就是有的同学专心度不够，有时候就是布置的抄写内容都会出现错误。经常犯一些低级错误。

最后，学生对英语的运用能力和理解能力还需提高。英语不是速成的，关键看平时的积累。如今国小英语对学生的要求比较高，对陌生短文的理解阅读，对句型之间的相互转化，对各时态的正确辨识，对语法点的理解运用都是学生必须掌握的，也是学生最薄弱的环节。

针对同学们存在的问题，我提出几点学习英语的要求：

1.做好复习---作业---预习三个环节

2.课堂上，勤于思考，积极发言

3.学会做笔记

4.按时完成单词、词组、重点句型、重点课文的背诵。需要家长配合监督完成

5.每天坚持读英语，听英语磁带

6.讲评练习题或试卷的时候，注意力要集中在，有错误的地方要及时更正

7. 按要求完成英语作业，有错误的地方要及时更正，每天作业都需要家长签名。

8.准备改错本，将错题摘录下来，养成积累错题的习惯。

9.多读简单的英语短文，杂志，故事，提高阅读能力

10.找作文范文来读，每单元作文要认真去写，也可每天写几句日记，提高写作。 同时，老师也需要家长的配合，从听说读写四方面培养孩好的英语学习习惯

1.督促落实孩子预习、复习、作业完成。

2.监督检查孩子背诵内容。

3.给孩子创造英语学习氛围

听：让孩子多听录音

很多孩子都有点读机，教学光盘，磁带，但是很少有孩子利用这些资源。仅仅靠课堂上老师播放听力内容远远是不够的。所以就得靠家长给孩子创造条件多听。 说：让孩子大声说英语

我们应该尽量为孩子创造更多大声说出英语的机会。鼓励孩子去说，孩子需要表扬，也可以让孩子反过来教你，他们会很自豪，因为自己学的派上了用处。

读：让孩子多读书

学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，语感好了，做题很轻松。而语感是靠读出来的。阅读的习惯是需要渐渐养成的。刚开始的时候，需要家长监督，督促，慢慢习惯成自然。

写：监督孩子边记边写和规范书写

背单词是所有英语学习者的必经之路，家长要监督孩子背单词时边写边记，增强记忆效果。家长还要督促孩子书写规范整齐。与老师积极配合。

总之，请各位家长在家多多关注孩子的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯，家长的重视也会让学生充满信心。希望家长能和学习还有老师积极配合共同进步，提升我们孩子的英语水平，在以后的合作过程中，大家有什么意见和建议可以及时和我或学校联系。

各位家长，晚上好!

你们的孩子长大了，他们已经是六年级的学生了。国小六年级，是学生在国小学习生活中最后一个阶段，也是国小与国中的接轨点，学生素质的高低，成绩的好坏，即将面临到一个新的环境中受到一个新的挑战、新的评价。我们应该认识到，六年级是国小至关重要的一个阶段。所以今天学校在开学初召开了家长会。我们聚在一起，是为了相互交流一下学生在校及在家的情况，以便老师能够及时调整工作、提高教育教学质量，家长能够更好教育自己的子女做人与成材。总之我们的目标是一致的，那就是：“一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切!”

首先，我先说孩子们在班里的总体情况。整个班级学生大约分成三类： 第一类同学，学习习惯相当好，学习积极主动，上课专心听讲，作业专注、书写认真，所以作业完成的速度快，正确率高，回答问题思路清晰。第二类学生是自觉性相对差一点，作业能及时完成，上课偶尔注意力不集中，经常会出现这样或那样的小毛病。第三类学生是学习习惯差，作业不能主动完成，经常不写作业，即使写了，但是书写潦潦草草，错题一大堆。讲评过的题，既不改正，也不做相应的笔记。

我想第一类家长是把时间和精力大部分都用在孩子身上，每天都过问孩子的学习情况，而且能亲自检查，对孩子的要求很严格，孩子在学习上的每次浮动都牵动家长的心，都能引起家长足够的重视。

第二类家长也是占大多数的家长，是每天也都过问孩子的作业情况。如“作业做完了吗?单词背了吗?”这类家长也只是停留在问的层面上，偶尔能看看孩子的作业情况。得到孩子的回答也大多是“完成了。””孩子到底完成的质量怎么样，家长心里没数。

第三类家长是不懂英语的，而且上班忙，下班太晚，没时间过问的孩子的学习情况。或者孩子放给爷爷奶奶外公外婆管。

我想跟家长们重点说说用实际行动，真心关心孩子的学习。如今的国小英语对学生的要求比较高，到了高年级教材的练习几乎都等同于我们以前的国中水平，如果在平时能注意翻阅一下我们英语书的家长就会发现，书本上很多的单词

以前都没有见过。单词如此，句型、语法等知识也是如此，所以，到了高年级光要求学生能够朗读、默写等已不能满足高年级英语学习的需要了。对陌生短文的理解阅读、对句型之间的相互转化、对各类时态的正确分辨，对语法点的理解运用等等，都是学生所必须掌握的，也是学生最薄弱的环节。所以，学生的理解能力、运用能力显得尤为重要。

有的家长也认为，孩子能够读出课文并默写出单词句型，怎考试还不见效果?这完全是正常的现象。高年级的英语学习，以理解、运用为重，书本只是媒介，是知识的载体，学生的英语思维也是从这阶段开始处于萌芽状态，所以，这阶段的学生的学习将有可能关系到他将来的学习，没有好的基础，英语学习前景确实不容乐观。

那作为家长，应该如何正视自己孩子的英语学科学习呢?该如何帮助孩子养成良好的学习习惯呢?该如何提高孩子的学习成绩呢?在英语学科方面，我提以下几点建议：

1、给孩子学习的信心。

不管孩子接受其他知识的能力如何，在英语学科方面，千万不能随意的打击。语言没有谁天生对之反感，也没有谁天生就是天才，都是在实践中逐渐积累，乃至熟能生巧。家长要有一颗平常心，不要对孩子说一些“你是家中希望，一定要考上重点”或“考砸了，爸妈脸往哪儿搁”之类的话，或者动不动就一顿打，家长需要耐心与冷静，这是帮助孩子坦然面对学习的关键。看到孩子的优势，适当鼓励和引导，让孩子对英语的学习充满着自信，这一点相当重要。

2、平时多了解孩子的作业和测验情况。

我要求学生在每次单元测验后让家长签字并写上评语。一旦发现作业的质量不高，一定要让他重新做好。家与学校两手抓，学生良好的品质就容易养成。并且还能有效地杜绝抄袭。读，读了几遍?

4、经常检查孩子的书，一是可以看出孩子上课是否认真听了记录了，二是督促孩子及时复习老师上课讲的重点。

5、看孩子的试卷，不是光看看分数就完了。

家长要把测验试卷打开亲自看一看，了解孩子为什么错，是单词没记住;是上课没注意听，还有就是把老师讲评的要点让孩子认真复习。督促孩子上课听老师讲评练习题或试卷的时候，有错误的地方要及时更正，课后要多复习，这样就可以有效避免再犯同样的错误，试卷需要家长签字。还有，孩子作业的字迹，对待作业的态度，听课的效率，对英语学科的兴趣等等，家长的重视和督促同样是不可忽略。

7、适当给孩子一些压力。

家长可适当给孩子布置一点口头或笔头的作业，给孩子一些适当的负担，帮助学生练习所学知识，这样的坚持同样也能取得一定的效果。毕竟是熟能生巧，尤其对国小生来说。

最后，再次感谢各位家长的理解、支持和帮助，我坚信在学校、家长、学生三方共同努力下，我们的学生，您们的子女一定能健康成长，并取得优秀成绩，进入理想的中学。

六年级英语演讲稿 篇19

敬的家长：

你们好!十分感谢各位在百忙中抽出时间来参加这次家长会。本次家长会主要是围绕这半学期来孩子们的学习及其他各方面的情况而开的。

本学期开学至今，班级的学习气氛很浓，各科教学都紧张而有序地进行。因为进入五年级了，各科学习任务都很重，时间都很紧，孩子们都很辛苦，鉴于这种情况，我们也开展了一系列的活动，参加了学校的广播操比赛，我们班荣获了五六年级组第二名，因为去年是四年级和三年级比，我们很轻松地拿了第一，而这次是和六年级比，有难度，但令人欣慰的是孩子们都很努力，为了班级的荣誉，苦练动作，得了第二，实在不简单。另外，还开展了“庆祝抗日战争胜利60周年”及“中国人了不起”的中队活动。我还给孩子们每小组拍了一张合照，贴在他们小组合作自己亲手做的像框里，这样不仅可以培养他们的合作能力，还可以增强他们的集体荣誉感。还搞了手抄小报的活动，四人一小组，设计并创作一张手抄小报，同学们兴致都很高，美编，文字，排版，分工明确，合作意识很强。

接下来我就英语教学方面的情况跟大家谈一谈

为了适应大环境，本学期的英语教材更换了，大家都知道换成了牛津国小英语，我们五年级用的是5a，这套教材应该是三年级开始从3a逐步学起的，由于种种原因，当时我们学的是新标准英语，那也就是说我们过去3a到4b的四册内容都没学过，而一下子要孩子接触5a，而且拒有关专家讲，从4b到5a的跨度非常大，是所有牛津国小英语中册与册之间跨度最大的，书中绝大多数都是长句子，语法知识也很多，而且以前的教材对于写的要求也不高，考查的力度也不大，鉴于以上这些情况，因此本次期会考试的成绩整体都不理想，值得高兴的是我们班的浦睿同学考了全年级英语最高分97分。孩子们第一次接触这样的教材，这样的题型，这次试卷又有些偏，因为我们以前的教材只有我们学校用，所以试卷都是老师自己出，而且也没有范围，因此，看起来普遍成绩都很好。其实这次考试不太理想也许是件好事，一方面可以对孩子有点触动，另一方面也可以使我们了解到新教材与就教材之间的差异，而更好地为以后的教学服务。这次的考试包括以后的月考，期中期末考都不再是老师自己出卷了，而且题型不是一成不变的，英语这门学科和语数不一样的地方在于它的灵活多变性，它的题型可以千变万化，但它的变化总是建立在一个不变的基础上的，那就是这些基础知识：单词，短语，句型。一旦基础的东西掌握了，不管它怎么变，万变不离其宗。

曾经有家长打电话问我他孩子的英语基础很差怎么办，我的回答很简单，“只要他跟着我的步子走，按照我的要求做，问题不大!”我的回答很简单，可真的做起来不那么容易哦!有些家长就深深地体会到英语这个学科只要孩子用心，学习效果是很明显的，只要他背了记了，效果就出来了，可能由于有些家长还没有意识到英语在考试中的地位而对这一学科有所忽略，现在，我想告诉各位，小升中的考试，好一些的中学，比如：××中学，××中学等都要求考英语，而且扬中是要把英语分数纳入总分计算的，所以，目前的形势决定了英语学科的重要性，请各位家长务必重视英语这一学科，你们思想上重视了，无形中也给孩子以熏陶，重视与不重视肯定是完全不同的，在学校肯定是抓得很紧，中午休息时间，晚自习前后甚至早晨全都用来给孩子补课。关键是孩子周末放假在家的两天有没有充分利用起来，我们每周的回家作业上都会有一项复习的内容，请家长无比抽出一点点时间来监督他这一任务的完成情况，你们可以看家校联系册，然后来报单词，短语的中文让孩子写英文，对照书来检查掌握情况，这样周一的复习听写才能有好的效果，单元测验才能取得好成绩。否则，他们两天时间就白白浪费掉了，你们还可以让他跟着磁带读课文，课文熟练了，很多题目就自然而然会做了，多读还可以培养他的语感，还请家长多多配合。说了这么多，我只有目的，也是各位家长所想的：我们配合好，把他们的成绩逐步提高上去。谢谢各位的合作。
