every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. my friends will listen to me when i want to speak, will wipe my eyes when i cry, will take care of me when i am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.

as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.

friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. it is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it is also like a cup of tea. when we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.

however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

we cannot walk alone.

and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

we cannot turn back.

there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believein our future.

在这个小故事里最让我不能忘怀，记忆犹新的就是老奶奶说的那段话了。当“我”问道：“奶奶，您在捡贝壳吗?”老奶奶说：“不是，我在捡碎玻璃呢!我从小就生活在这片海边，我在这里捡了大半辈子碎玻璃了，把海滩上的小碎玻璃都捡干净了，来这里玩耍的小孩子就不会划破脚了。”

读了老奶奶说的这段话后，我心里久久不能平静，一个人一时做好事容易，可长时间做好事就不容易了。可是老奶奶却用她对别人的爱，在海边捡了大半辈子碎玻璃。这让我不由得想起上幼儿园时，老师要大家做好事，并说做一件好事就得一朵小红花。为了换得小红花，我把家里的本子、笔、橡皮擦拿去交公或给别的小朋友。最后红花越多家里的东西越少，老师知道后，就对我说：“做好事不是为了得到小红花，而是为了帮助大家，红花是用行动换来的，而不是用东西换来的。”当时我不懂这句话，现在回想起来，却觉得道理很深刻。

当时，我做的“好事”，纯属为已，谈不上半点为人。而老奶奶才是真正做好事的人，她用一颗善良的充满爱的心去帮助别人，急他人之所急，想他人之所想，她才是值得我们学习、尊敬的人。

现在，社会上处处都有好事等着我们去做。我们只有以自己的行动多做好事，才能让我们的幸福家园更和谐。

还记得第一次踏入办公室的时候，作为刚毕业参加工作的新老师，面对新的环境和新的身份，我的内心总有些许紧张和不安，而张迎春老师，似乎觉察到了我们的丝丝忧虑，便温柔地告诉我们不用害怕，要相信自己一定没问题，正是这样一位如春风般和煦的老师，成了我教学上和生活中的师傅。

“鹤发银丝映日月，丹心热血沃新花”，每当我们遇到教学上的问题而请教张老师时，张老师总是不厌其烦地细细讲解给我们听。当我们遇到教学上的疑惑时，张老师也总是主动提出自己的见解，启发我们应该如何去面对。

都说老师走上三尺讲台，便教书育人;走下三尺讲台，便为人师表。张老师就是这样一位老师，在教导学生方面，张老师用耐心和细心呵护和教育每一位孩子，张老师班上有一位情况比较特殊的孩子，张老师一直不厌其烦地去帮助她，并让所有孩子一起去帮助这位学生，让她时刻感受到同学和老师的关怀和爱。张老师的温暖，让我想到《放牛班的春天》里的一段话：“每一颗心都需要爱，需要温柔，需要宽容，需要理解。每个孩子都来自纯净无邪的地方，永远都应该是人间万分疼惜的珍宝。”

张老师就是这样一位已经从事教学近三十年的好老师，正是这样一位教学实践丰富的老师，依然不断学习，不断充实自己。在工作的时候，我们总能看见张老师兢兢业业的样子，她认真批改孩子们的作业，一丝不苟;她仔细辅导孩子们的学习，巨细无遗;她善于倾听孩子们的苦恼，春风化雨……

最后，把电影《死亡诗社》里的一段话献给所有奋战在教育一线的工作者：“我站到讲台上，是想提醒我自己，我们必须时刻用不同的眼光看待事物。我步入丛林，因为我希望活得有意义。我希望活得深刻，汲取生命所有的精髓，把非生命的一切全部击溃，以免在我的生命终结时，发现自己从来没有活过。”

曾经有这样一个女孩，父亲是一家工厂的小职员，母亲是餐厅的服务员，全家住在一间不足六十平方米的房子里。她的功课很棒，人也很好，老师们和同学都很喜欢她。有一次，同学过生日请她到家里去玩。女孩从来没看到过这样漂亮的房子，到处都亮闪闪，，金灿灿的。还有大大的落地窗。那天，她心里除了羡慕还多了一种异样的感觉。

回家后，她跑去问母亲，什么时候我们也能住那样的房子啊?母亲拍拍她的小脑袋笑着说：“那祢就好好读书啊，等祢长大了，就回拥有想要的一切了。”“恩”女孩回答道。

大家好!我叫王##,来自河南省平顶山市卫东区五条路国小五年级一班。前段时间,我的作文《照顾有病的姥爷》在共青团平顶山市委及学校少先大队组织的“把我的幸福告诉你”征文大赛中获得国家级奖,而且要到首都北京领奖,当我得到这一消息时,心情激动万分!这个好消息迅速传遍了整个校园,老师和同学们都为我感到骄傲与自豪!

今天,我站在这里,愿和大家一起再次分享我的幸福。这次征文中的内容是我真实的生活写照:我的妈妈美丽善良,她是姥爷最小的女儿,也是最孝顺的,她时常教育我要对老人和他人有爱心。她为姥爷洗尿布、买营养品时总带着我,要我从小就懂得孝顺父母是儿女的.天职,在潜移默化中我懂得了付出永远比索取幸福。

妈妈很爱自己的父母,姥爷姥娘病重时她不怕脏不怕累,打针喂药,到医院护理,从未嫌麻烦,正因为妈妈是姐妹中最小的,所以我就有了同龄人没有的经历,同龄人的爷爷奶奶们都年轻,而我的姥爷却很老了,感谢上天给了我童年和妈妈一起伺候痴呆姥爷的机会,让我从小懂得了奉献是一种幸福,也感谢学校老师和妈妈对我的爱心教育。等我爸爸妈妈老了的时候,我一定也会像今天的妈妈一样做一个孝顺的乖女儿。

这次获奖也许是我接近文学、热爱文学的一道飞虹,从国小二年级起,我就开始练笔,开始阅读一些文学作品,可我怎么也没想到会在我魂牵梦萦的首都北京领奖,其实获奖并非我的最大愿望,我向往北大、向往清华,更想当一名作家,用自己的故事打动天下的儿女,让他们和我的妈妈一样谱写中华民族孝道的华美乐章!

但是我相信，无论是谁，都是拥有梦想的。也许你不知道，也许你还未发现，但不可否认，你拥有梦想。自然，我也有梦想，我的梦想，就是舒心的过着每天，平淡的享受自己的生活，小的时候，来些刺激，多么美妙的生活。可惜，我的梦想没翅膀——家里不是那种很有钱的人家，哎，人生的痛苦啊——所以，自然我的梦想也飞不上天。梦想这个东西犹如一个影子——想找的时候找不到，不想找的时候又挥之不去，它永远这样，或许缠绕着你，折磨着你;或许帮助着你，激励着你。这不看它，而在于你是否真正的理解它，抓住它，放正它，然后去实现它。 然而很多人都有着这种想法：“这个梦想怎么可能呢?完全无法实现嘛。”这里有个真实故事：亨利·福特在制造著名的V8型汽车的时候，他要求工师在一个引擎上铸造8个完整的汽缸。工程师们听了直摇头，说，这不可能。结果，第一拨的工程师没有完成这项工作。

但亨利.福特坚信这一设想可以实现，于是他又精挑细选了几个工程师，经过反复磋商，仔细研究，最后终于找到了制造V8型汽车的关键。相信大家听了故事之后都有或多或少的启发。

有时，我们总会感叹，人生真是不公平，为什么机遇总能垂青别人，而不光顾我呢?实际上，对于我们的梦想，如果我们连“想”的勇气都没有，那么何来的实现呢? 当我们想了以后，就该思考如何“做”了。在生活中，绝大多数人都拥有很好的梦想，但实现的却总是少数——这其中除了一小部分是梦想太过夸张，根本无法实现外，绝大多数是因为受到了外界的诱惑，而放弃了向梦想进军的步伐。

虽然暂时会得到欢乐，但过去之后，就会为自己的梦想没有实现而感到遗憾，而这种遗憾是无法弥补的。 我就是如此：小时候我很希望就读中山大学，也为此一直努力着，但到了高中，却因为贪图玩乐，而耽误了学习，更至高三，完全厌恶补课的我，毅然做了不再去学习的决定——的确，我因此获得了一段时间的快乐，但现在我后悔了：我错过了曾经的梦想，错过了人生唯一一次的大学联考。这是多么大的遗憾啊。

不过，为了自己今后的梦想，我加入了牛耳软件教育——广告打得好：好工作 找牛耳。开始并不相信牛耳，只是因为自己父亲朋友的儿子在这学习良好，找到了工作，而抱着试一试的态度进入学习，却没想到效果这么好：这么多负责的老师，这么多志同道合的同学，班中的学习气氛也比高中好多了。我突然觉得找到了心中的一盏明灯：“我的未来不是梦”这句歌词，我想也该改成：“我的梦想不是梦”了。虽然我有时会彷徨迷惘，虽然我有时会偏离正轨，但我相信，我会坚持我的梦想，我会实现我的梦想，总有一天，我会把我的梦想插上翅膀，让他遨游天空!

歌是美的，因为歌里有动听的音符;画是美的，因为画里有鲜艳的色彩;普通话更是美的，因为它陶冶了我的情操，使我收获了成功的喜悦。

语言是一个民族的声音。从大处讲，推广普通话，说好普通话，是我们祖国屹立世界民族之林的需要;从小处说，它是不同地域，不同文化背景的人与人沟通与交流的需要。普通话是我们国家统一的语言，每一个中国人都应该说好它。我们不但要告诉来自各地的同志，这里有世界上丰富的能源，而且还要告诉他们，在这里，您处处都能听到世界上最美的语言——标准的普通话!

记得有个叔叔是南方人，标准的北方身材，但是话一出口，却令人大跌眼镜。比如，天冷了，他本来想叫人出入关门，却说成“粗鲁关门”，结果，惹得大家笑了个人仰马翻。像这类因语言障碍而影响交际的事儿，在我国各地时有发生。有这样一个笑话，一位北方顾客来到广州一家“北方饭店”，问服务员有没有“包子”，服务员转身拿来报纸，问有没有“大肥鸡”，服务员却热情地说“搭飞机还早呢，吃过饭去也不迟。”结果顾客愤然离去。象这类因语言障碍而影响交际的事，在我国各地时有发生。我国幅员辽阔，人口众多，语言繁杂，各地方言之间差异很大。社会的发展呼唤我们大力推广普通话，促进语言规范化。我们是未来的接班人，普通话和我们的祖国一样，在国际上有着越来越显著的地位。普通话，它成了联合国六种工作语言之一，成了香港、澳门同胞以及外国朋友学习的热门语言。它已不仅仅是沟通的需要，它还代表着中华民族的繁荣与昌盛。它让我们骄傲，它让我们自豪，它让我们在外国人面前扬眉吐气!

当然，推广普通话并不是要消灭方言，而是要在会说方言的基础上，还要会说普通话。说普通话四海同音，写规范字九州一体。普通话是全国通用语言，对于国家统一，民族团结和经济腾飞具有重大意义。广泛规范地使用普通话已成为我们每个人的责任。

四海同音，万众一心。说好普通话，联通你我他。五十六个民族，五十六枝花，五十六个兄弟姐妹是一家。五十六种语言汇成一句话——车同轨，书同文，言同语，普通话，规范字，华夏后裔共同的声音和文字。记得都德在《最后一课》中写道：在国土沦陷，人民就要做亡国奴时，小弗郎士的老师冒着生命的危险，给大家上了最后一课，他用异乎寻常的激动语调说：“法语是世界上最美的语言。”在这里，我要说：“汉语是世界上最美的语言，它是中华民族的声音，让我们四海同音，万众一心。

”再此!希望全体工作人员积极行动起来，从我做起，从现在做起，带动身边的亲人做起，使普通话成为我们生活，工作的主要交流工具，让我们利用普通话和谐融洽地融入矿区这个美丽的大家庭!我的演讲到此结束，谢谢各位领导和嘉宾的聆听!
