一、提高認識，認真做好本職工作。

在這一年的時間裏，我能遵守醫院各項規章制度，嚴格要求自己，立足本職，做好維修工作。醫院後勤工作是醫院重要部分，而維修是後勤工作的重要一環。一流的後勤服務是醫院發展的重要保障。因此，我以“服務臨牀”為工作理念，盡職盡責地做好本職工作，從小事做起，切實為臨牀服務。

二、虛心學習，熟悉醫院維修工作，及安全生產。

在這兩年時間裏，我積極參加各種業務培訓和自我學習，不斷學習新的電器維修方面的知識和水暖維修方面的知識，順利考取了電工維修操作證，高配證，電梯操作證等，以及牀頭呼叫鈴的維修。

在工作上，我能虛心向有經驗的同事學習，做好電工維修工作。對醫院使用的電燈，電子設備（非醫療專業設備）的情況進行熟習，並研究如何維修。在維修時能做到認真仔細，遇到現場解決不了問題能及時向領導反映情況，妥善處理各種問題與設備的維修。
