I have got quite different experience from other e they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong ing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .

在我们中国的历史上，有着辉煌的灿烂文化，还有些强大的发明，比如四大发明里的火药、指南针、造纸术、印刷术，还有举世文明的皇家园林：圆明园。可是在新中国成立以前，我国出现了一个百年恶梦，那就是抗日战争，我们多少中国同胞被杀害了，圆明园也毁灭了，这是多么残酷的历史呀!

像南京大屠杀，早在1937至1945年中国抗日战争期间，中华民国在南京保卫战中失利、首都南京于1937年12月13日沦陷后，日军于南京及附近地区进行长达数月的大规模屠杀。其中日军战争罪行包括抢掠、对大量平民及战俘进行屠杀等。屠杀的规模、死伤人数等没有世界共同认可的数字，但一般认为死亡人数超过30万。而这次杀掉了我们多少南京同胞呀!死亡人数都超过30万了，这个是一个惊人的数字了!

少年兴则国兴，少年强则国强。我们要振兴中华，不要让我们中国受别人的侵害。像现在，我国强大了，在1949年10月1号，我国新中国成立了，振兴了中华。在成立以后，我们的科学也发展了，航天事业取得了一个又一个的新突破，像我们发射了人造卫星“东方红一号”于1970年，“同步实验卫星”于1984年发射成功，“神州一号”于1999年发射成功，，“神州五号”于20xx年10月发射成功，“神州六号”于20xx年10月年射成功，还有绕月卫星“嫦娥一号”于20xx年发射成功等都是中国航天事业的新突破，也是值得我们全中国人民的骄傲的事情。

世界上最早有文字记载太阳黑子、哈雷彗星、超新星等天象的国家是谁?——中国;最早采用赤道坐标的国家是谁?——中国;最早发明十进位制的国家是谁?——中国。我们有伟大的四大发明，我们有伟大数学家的祖冲之，我们有伟大的科学家张衡，我们有伟大的航海家郑和，我们曾经骄傲的领先世界两千年，我们曾经与世界保持水平两百年，但是我们也曾经落后世界一个世纪。我们的四大发明成就了西方列强的坚船利炮，他们，用我们自己的发明击穿了中国破败的大门。历史一次又一次的证明，落后就要挨打，妄自尊大，固步自封，不思进取，必然会毁国辱邦。只有与时俱进，发展革新，发明创新，才能屹立天下，才能傲视群雄。

作为一个中国人，我们都应当知道中华民族的屈辱历史。众所周知，中国历史上有一处华丽的宫殿：圆明园。它是由五位皇帝经150多年的苦心经营，集大批物 资，使用了无数能工巧匠，倾注了百万人的心血，建造成的华丽的宫殿。可是到了咸丰十年，八国联军侵入了圆明园，他们在圆明园中为所欲为了三天，到处烧杀抢 掠、野蛮洗劫，最终还一把大火烧毁了圆明园。圆明园这座举世闻名的宫殿葬于火海。从这件事我深刻的体会到，一个国家的懦弱和落后是必定要挨打的。

回忆过去，再看看现在。过去那个迂腐的清政府现在已是繁荣昌盛的大国了，这都是先辈门抛头颅，洒热血换来的，每一次升起五星红旗，我心里都很自豪。

大家好!我是来自三(3)班的张造极，今天我演讲的题目是“书是我的好朋友”。

书是我生活中必不可少的好朋友，只要一有时间，我就会捧起心爱的课外书看个痛快，从它那里，我能学到好多，得到好多。

在思想上，它让我知道了对错。不论什么时候，我都不会像寒号鸟那样只顾眼前，不做长远打算，不愿辛勤劳动，也不会像故事中老人儿子那样满足于一知半解，以致出现“万字难写”的笑话，我一定要像书圣王羲之练字、诗仙李白“铁棒磨针”那样，干任何事情都要有坚定不移的毅力和锲而不舍的拼搏精神。

在学习上，它是课堂学习的有益补充。它不仅能让我在写日记或说话时不时用到新认识的字、词、成语及优美的句子，而且对数学学习也有很大的帮助。例如在进行数学加减法计算时，我运用课外看到的“找好朋友、补齐和拆分”等速算巧算方法，明显提高了加减法计算的速度，使我觉得原本枯燥无味的加减法运算变成一种享受——其乐无穷，让我更加喜欢学习数学。

在生活中，它也帮了我很多忙。家里的门锁插钥匙不方便时，我就会按照书上说的削些铅笔粉末倒进锁眼中，这样拔插钥匙就十分顺畅;剥鸡蛋时我照猫画虎的把鸡蛋放进装有冷水的密封塑料盒里摇晃一会，拿出来就很容易剥了。

总之，我从书上收获了许多!我要感谢书这个好朋友!

书好比是翅膀，我们读书越多，就飞得越高;书好比是种子，我们播种得越多，收获就越大。让我们一起都把书作为自己的好朋友，享受读书的乐趣，健康快乐地成长!
