我国伟大的教育家陶行知先生，从小立下了我是一个中国人，我要为中国的教育事业作贡献的座右铭，并发起组织了中华平民教育促进会，提出了生活即教育，社会即学校，教学合一三人教育理论，倡导千教万教，教人求真;千学万学，学做真人的教育思想，在中国教育思想界产生广泛而深远的影响，他以捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去的赤子之情，默默地为人民教育和民族的解放事业鞠躬尽瘁，奋斗终身。

教学之路不可能一帆几顺，没经风雨哪来彩虹?但受教育先辈们的影响，我在教学中克服重重困难，用汗水浇灌，用心血润着孩子们，看着孩子们快乐地成长，愉快地进步，我体会到了春春的美好，尝到了无私奉献的甜美，懂得了默默耕耘的内涵!

是的，青春是迷人的，很多人在青春年华里就谱写了辉煌的人生。宋朝的辛弃疾仅21岁，就领兵抗金，金戈铁马，气吞万里如虎，鲁迅先生也是21岁东渡日本，树立了我以我血荐轩辕的豪迈誓言;我们敬爱的周总理19岁就写下了气壮山河的请句!大江歌罢掉头来，决心把青春献给祖国教育事业……他们是华夏的铁骨精魂，是永不落的星辰;他们是挺立潮头的英雄，是无数人们心中的楷模。

抚摸时代的丰碑，追随英雄的足迹，我心潮澎湃，英模们那一颗颗爱国之心，那一腔腔沸腾的热血，凝成了两个字——奉献!各位同志，十年树木，百年树人。我们既然选择了讲台，就选择了默默奉献，选择了辛勤耕耘!其实奉献对任何人都不苛刻，不能长成参天大树做栋材，不是一颗小草为春天献上一丝新绿，不能成为高山昭示一种雄壮，何不当一块路碑，为迷途的旅人拂去心头的阴云;不能像海洋用宽阔的胸怀拥抱百川，又怎么不可以是一条小溪为干旱的土地捧上甘露。
