亲爱的老师、同学们：

大家好!

每个人都应该有梦想和追求，没有梦想的人生是残缺的。每个国家都应该有自己的梦想，没有梦想的国家是不完整的。梦想不是空想，是不断的努力，是不断的创造自己存在的意义。实现中华民族伟大复兴，就是中华民族近代以来最伟大的梦想，是13亿中国人民的共同梦想。

中国曾经有过一段辉煌的历史，有一段让世界瞩目的历史。但是从明朝中叶起，到鸦片战争，三百多年的闭关锁国，中国开始变得贫穷而落后，中国人民也因此变得愚昧而无知。1939年英国的战舰打开中国紧闭的大门，中国拥有了近百年的屈辱历史。自1940年，中国被打败，中国开始了屈辱的历史，一代代中国人开始为“振兴中华”做出了努力、流血、甚至牺牲，从此也开始了中华民族伟大复兴的历史，也就开启了中国梦的历史。

经过170余年的努力，这个梦想就要实现了，快要到梦想成真的时候了。在列强的压迫下，在接踵而来的屈辱中，中国人民离梦想越来越近，中华民族正一步步走向复兴，中国正一步步走向富强。百年的磨难，百年的屈辱，百年的奋斗，我们不能忘记，也无法忘记。心中梦想的明灯不曾黯淡，更不曾熄灭。为实现复兴的梦想，中华儿女仍在不断行进。历史1997年和1999年港澳的回归，都是我们队屈辱历史的补救。伦敦奥运会摘金夺银、“神九”飞天、“蛟龙”下海、航母“辽宁号”入列、“嫦娥”奔月、诺贝尔文学奖拆掉桂冠……上天入海，让中华民族出现在世人眼前，让世界认识中国、了解中国。中国早已告别了屈辱的历史，中华民族早已自立于世界民族之林，中国重新走上了世界的舞台。

希望在，梦就在。中国梦，是复兴梦，是国家民族复兴之路，梦想之路。历史的重任，国家的重任落在我们这一代人身上，落在每一个中国人身上。我们每个人都应该为实现这个伟大的目标贡献自己的一份力量。我们有信心，更有实力去实现中华民族的伟大复兴。经过了一代又一代人的努力，付出了千百万人的生命，已经创造了无数的辉煌，正在一步一步地接近我们的宏伟目标，我们要继续为之奋斗。中国梦将不再是梦。

借此机会，首先我要感谢学院领导老师一年来对我的鼓励、指导和关怀。其次我要感谢大家在学习、生活、工作上给予我的支持与帮助。

这次社联的换届选举，为我们每一个人提供了更多发挥自我，展示自我的空间和舞台，同时也为我们提供了成长、锻炼的机会和平台。面对这次竞选，我曾徘徊、考虑、迟凝很久，最后我鼓足勇气走上了讲台，陈词自己的见解与想法。今天，我竞选的岗位是社联宣传部部长。

宣传部是社联比较重要的一个部门，宣传工作的好与坏直接影响到社联的形象。当前，社联宣传工作最重的压力是加强宣传力度，最大的难题是提高社联影响力，最大的优势是有充足的人力资源。假如我这次我竞选成功，我将从以下几个方面来做好宣传部的工作：

第一、加强队伍建设虽然社联宣传部有较充足的人力资源，但是要做到人尽其才，各尽其责，充分调动大家的积极性，这不是一件容易的事，所以要加强队伍的自身建设着手，只有自身建设搞好了，其他的宣传工作才能顺利开展。

第二、加强宣传力度社联从筹建到现在的全面运作，可以说在学院的知名度还不是很高，很多同学只知道有学生会，并不知道有社团联合会，也许是社联太年轻了吧!但是我相信，如果从多方面来加强社联的宣传力度，将会有更多的人了解社联、关注社联。

第三、加强海报管理为了更好的规范海报的张贴，保证海报的质量以及宣传效果，宣传部将制定海报管理制度，对各社团海报的内容、书写与张贴进行质量监督，使宣传能达到预定的效果。

总之，我会尽几之力，尽几之能与大家共同努力把社联的宣传工作做好。最后我用一句话来结束我的演讲，那就是“踏踏实实做人、勤勤恳恳做事”。

as your coach and friend, i can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. you must do your part. you must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan; you must never quit and you must never fear. i know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed! now stand firm and tall, make a fist, get excited, and yell it out:

ladies and gentlemen , good afternoon! i‟m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. i hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.

first i want to ask you some questions: 1、 do you know what is youth? 2、 how do you master your youth? youth

youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life h means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often existsin a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.

years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul y , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being „s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what‟s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there‟s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
